Joe Jackson's Attorney: Law is a Pain in the Butt

8/16/2010 3:25 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Practicing law is a pain in the ass, and Joe Jackson's lawyer is living proof ... because he literally broke his preparing legal docs in the Michael Jackson wrongful death case.

0816_brian_oxman_fall_3

Attorney Brian Oxman was walking down a flight of stairs last week with his MJ appellate brief in hand.  The brief was in response to the judge's threat to toss the wrongful death lawsuit because certain things were not alleged as required by law.

Oxman was going downstairs to hand a brief to the messenger ... when he slipped and fell down the stairs and badly injured himself, forcing him to ask the court for a delay in getting the documents to the court.

For anyone who has practiced law, it's a metaphor for the ages.

WHY HAS'NT ANYONE IN THE MEDIA NESPECIALLY TMZ, PRODUCED DO***ENTS SHOWING THAT MURRAY IS A REAL DOCTOR? THATS WHAT MEDIA PEOPLE SPECIALIZE IN DIGGING UP DIRT ON OTHERS. IT SHOULD BE A VERY SIMPLE THING TO DO! ALSO WHY HAS'NT ANYONE PRODUCED MJ'S BODY-DOUBLE? THE ONE SONY HIRED TO BE MJ'S STAND-BY IN CASE MJ COULD NOT PERFORM FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. A LOT OF MONEY WAS SPENT GIVING THAT KID PLASTIC SURGERY ETC SO HE'D LOOK JUST LIKE MJ,, AND HE DID LOOK EXACTLY LIKE HIM. WHERE IS HE ?????? MY MOST SINCERE LOVE AND LOYALTY TO MICHAEL !!

Oh my goodness this DOES sound rather contrived doesn't it?! lol. It's also eerily reminiscent of when MJ fell getting dressed in the wee hrs of the morn leading to that trip to the ER & his late arrival to court on that infamous 'day of the pajamas' when the judge was prepared to hold him in contempt & throw him in jail. So mortified for MJ that day. Just standing in front of my tv, shaking my head. How humiliating that must have been for him. I remember thinking how the media was just going to have their 'field day' with that one & make him out to be crazy as a loon:( Yeah he was in pajama bottoms but ya know what? At least he did what he had to do & made it there that day, despite the humiliation. MJ always 'did what he had to do'...soldiered on. I thought it was just ridiculous someone from his entourage couldn't run out & get him a pair of pants. It's things like THAT that make me wonder. Just WHAT were all those bodyguards surrounding him for anyway? All those guys paid just to hold a damn umbrella? Couldn't at least ONE OF THEM run out during the court proceedings & get him some pants & help him change into them during one of the breaks?

Oxman, why don't ask Janet or Kathryn Milofsy to deliver them for you? LOL

Lying sack of....

Oxman is an imcompetent fool. I want nothing more than Justice for Michael but I pray Oxman loses BOTH cases.

THE CASES HE IS HANDLING FOR JOE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY....NOT JUSTICE!

"EVEN THOUGH MICHAEL IS VERY TALENTED, A LOT OF HIS SUCCESS HAS BEEN DUE TO TIMING AND LUCK. IT COULD JUST AS EASILY HAVE BEEN ME"

- Jermaine Jackson, 1984

Excerpt from the article r/e the Victory tour posted above by 'MichaelJackson'-LOL, well THIS would have been funny. People in the audience would have been like,.....WTF?? Would have made them look like the biggest doofus's:) Michael should have told Jermaine, "Yeah, you go ahead & put that poster up, idiot! See how that works out for you". :) Jerkmaine sounds like a spoiled little 'poo-poo pants' a lot of the time.

Two weeks later Joe held another meeting. They brought a life-sized stand up poster of Michael. “If you don’t come with us, we are gonna put this onstage in your place” Jermaine threatened. Michael said he would think it over.........

So,Joe Jackson's Attorney says" Law is a Pain in the Butt." It is sad that the same thing can be said about him,his missteps, his grab for public attention.

It pretty obvious that Michael didn't want to give his father anything, and he didn't.

Seems like Joe is a little too greedy and self-indulged.

Come on Joe, you have to earn that respect.

And TMZ, why are you not reporting on Michael being inducted into the National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame. Here is a article that has videos of a interview with Marlon and a dance tribute to Michael. enjoy
