TO CLEAR UP FALSE INFORMATION IN OKSANA CHERNUHA'S BIOGRAPHY (Griegorieva is her mother's maiden name) Alias 'Sasha or Shacha Chernuha' name used in UK).

Her first marriage last only 3 months in Ukraine. She married the son of an anesthesiologist. Her own family was dirt poor, her father a tenant farmer who grows potatoes, and her mother worked in an orphanage. They were not music professors. The family lived in two rooms in Saransk, Mordovia. She and her mother rattled her new mother in law for money and a new passport, then got a quickie divorce and 'settlement' after just three months 'marriage' and Oksana left for the UK and pretended to be a nurse (why she uses clinical nurse language in her deposition about the baby falling off the table, terms like "post", "focused", and why she later claimed of her own head injury, "my eyes weren't tracking". (I am a nurse, someone missed this at the DA's office). She's engaging in Munchausen fraud. Next, once in the UK she worked as a caregiver, poorly, and finally a translator, marrying men twice her age for as briefly as a month to extend her VISA. By the time she came to LA, she again worked as a translator. She SHOULD NOT BE IN THE US and she is NOT LEGAL, but in violation of her VISA. ALL you people...petition the I'C'E Immigration authorities as citizens seeking an investigation of her VISA violation and criminal use of relationships and phoney work claims historically and currently. HER VISA cannot qualify her to work here anymore under it's classification.

That her mother worked in an orphanage around the time she hooked up with Dalton (in exchange for eggs and chickens) is interesting looking at certain claims by folks that Lucia came from an orphanage in Saransk and was brought here. That sounds far fetched to me. However, on the issue of where here relationships to men have always been based on quickie marriage and 'divorce settlements' in order to obtain money's and VISAs, there is NO QUESTION on both. She claimed her first husband was an "addict" once she and her mother shook down he and his anesthesiologist mother for money, a lie according to everyone in the town. He's now a lawyer and married with a daughter.

Her PATTERN about is: 1)FIND progressively ANYONE with money, 2)Marry them or move in with them, and live off of them...including if she's already just married someone for a month ! 3)Get a settlement from the husband and, or refuse to sign a prenup in the case of Dalton AND Gibson (or extending the tendency to slander men and accuse them of abuse at the close of the relationship when seeking money), 4)Revise these claims in both the cases of Dalton and Gibson, using her background of minor medical studies and use of assorted dentists and doctors (including going herself to see a pediatrician or 'baby doctor' claiming "my eyes aren't tracking right", using the same language she used surrounding the event when the baby fell off the table..."her eyes were focused" or tracking). Her Munchausen use of limited medical understanding is in the depositions, but her tendency is NOT TO TAKE THE BABY TO A DOCTOR and not to ever go to an ER for real medical tests, but to take herself to a cosmetic dentist first and only see a pediatrician for herself...despite claiming the baby fell off of a table just weeks only and never taking the baby whose skull is SOFT to the local ER just to make sure she's okay while claiming...well her eyes appeared "focused".

So, the baby is ALWAYS OKAY...unless she's handy for extortion claims and never needs to be seen at an ER, but OKSANA needs a pediatrician (not her baby's doctor, even, but one she just picks to see ?). The Sherrifs and DA KNOW couples often struggle during breakdown of their relationship. It's CLEAR THOUGH that Gibson was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress in addition to struggling with alchohol, because he was entrapped by a woman who stalked him and was set up by Russias most well known pimp whom Oksana saw for help to get into Gibson's circle before this. Gibson has the same kind of post traumatic stress any man or woman has who suffers 'sweetheart fraud'... This is a mixture of that and the foreign bride syndrome WITH extortion and organized criminal elements.

You GO TEAM MEL...start the ICE immigration letter and petition. We have a right as US Citizens to ask for this. This isn't just about Mel Gibson, but all American's who have the right to excercise citizen's arrests and requests for investigations of the activities of foreigners who engage in these criminal activities associated with marriage, citizenship or residency fraud, and foreign bride syndrome with organized criminal activity. Most Russians are in agreement about this story overseas and they actually respect Gibson and know about Oksana Chernuha's type of person who comes from the dregs of their own lower class there. It's all over the Russian papers.

Shyone's Questions About Allred with Sweetheart's Answers

Just starting to read the posts in this thread so I'm way behind what others have said.
I'd like to pose some questions:

1. If Gloria Allred was consulted by OG, then GA owes duties of confidentiality to OG regarding all matters on which GA's advice/possible representation was sought by OG.

2. If GA supposedly urged OG to go to the police -- this would have occurred significantly in advance of the mediation which could only have been scheduled after Eric George had been retained formally by OG -- sometime after OG had been consulting with GA.

3. If GA were consulted by OG -- wouldn't she be ethically prevented from representing VioletK knowing the conflicting interests they had? If not, wouldn't GA have been required to tell VK that there was a conflict of interest possible in representing VK?

S - GA AND VK AND OG INTERSTS WERE ANOT conflicting at al ot beign with as oksa wa susing kowal ot corroborate ehr leis about the DV by having her make a fauklse statement ot the police that she was called by MG on the 06 of janauey and had been trhratened,.

IF GA urged OG to go to the police to report a possible crime of domestic violence by MG -- by the same token wouldn't GA be required to tell VK to go to the police to report the possible crime by OG's "bodyguard"? If so, why would VK be urged by GA not to report the matter to the police and then "fire" GA for her advice not to go to the police? Is is possible that GA would urge VK not to go to the police as it might lead to her role with OG, perhaps even an on-going role?

S- 4) it is official tha tGA did not urged VK to contact the police but forbid her to do os and otd her ot cooperate with oksan hts OG had theateend ot kill her an dattempted ot kill her thereor GA should be disbared.

5. What on-going relationship might there be between OG and GA?

S - 5) its a fiancialk one. OG and GA have a fdela and now keep away fo eahc others because eof the very annopying violet kowal situation., its bad ofr oksa as it proves that the DV case was made up and tis bad for GA as it show that her involvement in this afoar is very suspiscvious ad that she helped made up the DV case who didn't existed and refused to help VK ionly because it will help MG and destroy OG case,. at that time GA was officialy not representing OG at all os it makes this double suspicious and show tha tthey are workign together behind the scene,

6. Did EG have an ethical duty to tell OG to report the matter to the police? If so, did he do so and why or why not? Would it have been unethical for EG to represent OG to seek a settlement of all her claims against MG even if destruction of the "evidence" would make it harder/impossible for MG to be prosecuted on any possible criminal matter?

S -6) there was no criminal evidence at all only recordings who were damagin for MG imnage, fake or real such material are always damaging as recent events have confirmed,. no doubt that eric geroge advised oksa ot call the poliece if it ws relevant for the mattr at hand, but OG contacted EG for a money settlement nbot because she was scared. she never said she was scared ot any one she never said there had been any DV.

7. Did GA have copies of the original unedited OG recordings at anytime?

S - 7)very good quesiotn! she m,ost ceertianly had and have a copy of it but who is aloso different than the one th epolice has in its possession as it wil eb the unaltered recordings!

8. Did GA have anything to do with the editing of the OG recordings to make them more "saleable", more useful for OG's purposes, more "explosive", etc?

S - 8) i think so! lets not forget that GA has many contacts with the media and is specialist in DV case and so is her daugter who was involved in this case form early July.

9. Did GA or her agent shop the OG recordings around to maximize the money or damage to MG in their release?

11. Isn't GA a necessary witness in the extortion case if only on the dates when OG consulted with her, whehter EG knew about the DV claim, whether OG was suggested to report the DV claim to the police at any time before the mediation, and other matters?

S - 11) GA is certianly a central witmness of the extortion nopw, as she guided oksana in different stuff but it seems that she told oksana to go in the mnediatin so to gian money and have a fiancail base befroe starting to relase the tapes and startitng a DV case as the mnediatin gave ehr a lot of money no matter what ahd gave ehr time to shop lawyers and plan her next move.

Perhaps these are questions already raised and discussed on this thread already.

What a tawdry matter this has turned out to be for many people other than MG.

No wonder EG took that vacation when he did -- he surely needed it to face this.
