I think the ones like Glover, Silver, Donner, Pesci, Jody Foster - they are remaining silent because of the ongoing investigation. They COULD say things, probably many things, about what they know regarding the relationship. I think, however, they were enjoined to silence both by Mr. Mel wishing to stay out of the battle and possibly the authorities so as not to upset the investigation.
