Gary Busey took center stage at the candlelight vigil for his friend Dr. Frank Ryan last night ... and in his own, unique way -- explained the "spiritual realm" and why he believes Dr. Ryan is "still very much alive." 
Busey was among several stars who showed up to honor Dr. Ryan at the vigil in Malibu last night ... including Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin and Janice Dickinson and Melissa Rivers.

Holy Crap that is a SCARY thought. All of the money holders in west Americana Cali will look the same if it wasn't for such this unfortunate accident. Seeing those faces all together is freakier than any freaky movie ever. Imagine this beach scene, all walking to ward you and your lover while your making out and Gary is leading the pack. YOu have no where to run but up to the PCH and there is Brit trying to run you over. Mel gibson plays the cop. Lord save the BU!

Amazing- all those "celebs" show up and they all look plasticized. Not a good referral for his work - especially with the women. I'm sure though he was a great guy! RIP!

Tweeting while driving kills....a sad way to end a life. It is being reported now that tweeting is suspected in this tragic accident. I drive that road a lot and believe me, you need to be paying full attention there, as well as anywhere you drive. Please people, drop the cell and please pay full attention when you drive. Do it for yourself, if not for the others driving alongside you.

Frank was a great guy and a very talented doctor. May his soul rest in peace. He will be so missed by a lot of people! He also had an amazing sense of humor and was always upbeat! A real tragedy! He was taken way too young. I feel sorry for his mom whom he moved out here several years ago to live on his ranch. God Bless you Frank!
