Karla Homolka would have gotten the death penalty in the States. I gave Canada credit for stopping the SARS epidemic, you should admit that the Karla case was a major screw up.

When this stupid-dumb ass see herself in prison for 5 years or more, and knowing that she is not going to get out until she has served all of her time, then she will start worrying, crying like a big baby again, going crazy, and say that it was a big deal.

They should have given her a UA at the jail immediately!! There would be proof of coke in her system. This woman needs to sit behind bars for a good long time so she learns her lesson!

Comparing Lindsey and Paris is slightly different. Lindsey is still young and stupid and just turned 24 (still no excuse to break the law though). Lindsey should have done her whole 90 days in the slammer. If it was any of us, we would be in the slammer for a long time, most likely even longer! As for Paris, she is 29 or 30. Seeing a 30 year old appear at parties to act stupid is something an 18 to an early 20ish year old or younger girl do (not all, just the stupid ones).

In my opinion, I hope Nevada throws the book at her and take her last few months of getting busted in other countries into consideration. Paris is just a selfish, self indulging, little girl with no talent. The only reason she is famous and rich is because of her family and her last name. I bet Grandpa Hilton isn't too happy right now.

If she is guilty, that would explain how she keeps so thin.

Ok first of all I have a gut feeling this is a publicity stunt. We haven't heard anything about Paris in quite awhile. hmmmm???? Then a male officer cannot search her so they took her out of the calamity to investigate further. I don't think they were out of line.If Paris knew she had cocaine on her why would she purposely go in her purse to get lip balm. She of course knew exactly where it was. I mean if you know you are about to be searched I think the last thing I would be doing is looking for lip balm.To top it off she pulls out the cocaine I mean talk about some bad luck. It was less than a gram, which is probably not a felony. So what there are millions of people who party every once in awhile. what else does she have to do with her life..Not much she has no responsibilities!!!! I think her and Lindsay Lohan have the same publicist. And Paris is seeking attention. She will probably just be fined.Her bf on the other hand should be the one the police worry about he was driving drunk and high...He could kill someone...she's just sitting in the passenger seat. If this remains to be true(the charges)then this is just some stupid victimless crime. I think Mel Gibson should be arrested for something as mean and nasty he is. Leave Paris alone...she is just looking for attention and 344 ppl that commented on here seem to be giving it to her. Most of you are ignorant with your comments sorry to say. I live in Las Vegas and this spoiled whore has been banned from both the Wynn and Encore. We really don't take the kind of crap from these people that they do in California. I hope that she gets the same judge that OJ did. He is no joke and not impressed with celebrity at all. Paris needs to grow up and take a page out of Nicole Ritchie's book. Nicole learned from her mistakes and has become a beautiful mother and human being. Paris is still an oversized waste of skin and a human condom for sure.
