Were you there? Did you, personally, see this? She may have been the blunt of bad choices and ruining her own mega-star career, but I don't buy this one! As a driver, some of those pedestrian's WILL walk in front of you, on purpose, hoping you hit them so they can sue you and collect. Hey tax-free money when ya win! She made some very serious bad choices in her young life, but this story is rediculous.

The paps said that this happened?
Where are the pictures?
Why hasn't a report been filed with the Los Angeles Police Department?
Why is she not under investigation by the LAPD?

I also think that a lot of people want to actually SEE Lindsay Lohan self destruct or be destroyed, read that as killed.
Then the hypocrites will come out with their crocodile tears and they'll moan and make a big show with ashes and sack cloth.
Remember, the Paps were partially responsible for the death of Princess Diana. (She was being chased at high speed which lead to the crash.)
