Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil didn't just fail three field sobriety tests during his June DUI bust -- he failed epically ... with a blood alcohol level almost three times the legal limit, according to police.
TMZ obtained the Las Vegas PD report, which says Neil was pulled over for doing 60 mph in a 45 mph zone and for "weaving between the lanes."
According to the report, Vince reeked of booze, copped to swilling three glasses of bubbly and flunked three field sobriety tests. Cops claim he eventually gave up by saying, "I can't do this."
Vince was able to blow -- for two breathalyzer tests -- and according to the report he registered .215 and .216 ... well over the .08 limit.
Neil has since been charged with DUI and speeding -- and is set to be arraigned on September 27.

Hasn't this tool already killed someone years ago. How has he not gotten life in prison yet. Saw this jag off on a plane once. Never has anyone thought so highly of themselves.

Ok..so although I am a die hard Crue fan didnt he get away with something like vehicular manslaughter back in the day while he was drinking??? I mean come on now...act like a man..why ya gotta be pullin this ****??? Have some respect for yourself & others!!!!!

There's a TV reality show: Celebrity Traffic School. Oh god. Can you imagine? Sign up Mel Gibson, Vince Neil, Lindsay Lohan, and Mary Kennedy, just to name a few.
On a serious note, I was just talking to someone today about a car full of young people (driver was under the influence) that crashed head on and killed them instantly. Walking past the place where they died is just chilling and tragic.
If you want to drink consider staying home. If you want to go out then hire a driver, get a cab, or have a designated driver. If you want to use drugs or have to take heavy medications same thing. Want to do both? Have a designated watcher. Do your thing, friend stays completely sober, you pass out, friend checks every hour or so to make sure you're alive.
There's some complicated in this world, but the decisions I just listed are not.

Let's bet because he is not as hated as Lindsay Lohan, he will do no time to less time than she did.
I love Vince, but I would think after the '84 accident where his friend was killed, he would know better than to drink & drive. The thing that boggles me about these celebrities is that they can AFFORD a cab. Also, where are their entourages/friends when they need a ride? They have NO ONE to call? Or is it their acquaintances think so little of them that they'll let them drive off in their Lamborghini's when they're smashed?
