Dear Donald - I for one am glad to hear that SOMEONE finally is trying to make a move on this whole Mosque business in N.Y. - Your offer to buy the building was announced by the media - and someone immediately accussed you of grandstanding. I firmly believe that you are probably the only person on this planet that can do something about this situation. I know that they have every legal right to build this building, but I firmly believe it is totally irreverant. Thanks for giving me a ray of hope Mr. Trump - keep working at it. Someone has to - since our government doesn't seem to be able to do anything other than walk around with it's finger in it's ear. I would like to ask General P. what builing this mosque means to our soldiers who are fighting in Afganistan - surely he should speak out on that - Thanks again for being a true believer in the American right to mourn it's 3,000 people killed by the Islamic Terriorists, this is hallowed ground. Harvey, I'm offended that Trump would offer money to try and solve this debate. He is pretty much saying that the organizers of the Islamic Community Center and simply be bought off and they have a price that is greater than their religious freedom.

Trump is a smart guy. Hope someone accepts his offer, and the controversy it over soon.
