I have a theory as to why Cutler can't complete a damn pass. It's his chin. It's not there!. So the chin strap on his helmet doesn't do anything. Thus his helmet falls down, gets in his eyes, and he can't see where he's throwing the ball. Either that or he's so scared of getting hit he just throws it to whomever can catch it, whether they are on his team or not.
