LOL I'd love to see that! It would be nice to have someone from Mel's side present to question whatever they say. Of course that would be the fair way to do things, something Oksana and her team know nothing about.

I have to admit I'm still sitting here waiting for Harvey from TMZ to address the issues with Violet and the bodyguard group stating they could get Harvey in their pockets on this so he won't speak about it. I really can't believe as a member of the media he has not addressed this very important issue. Can he be bought? Is this an every day thing that happens in the media, they throw money at them for silence or positive PR? That's worrying in itself!

CLAIM/SPIN #1 - Mel 'wanted' child with Oksana

HOW can those men possibly KNOW and SPEAK specific to what MEL GIBSON wanted? Because THEIR CLIENT CLAIMS IT IS SO? COME ON!! Is it ethically or legally correct conduct? Pay close heed to their EXACT WORDS. Remember when Oksana became pregnant Mel was married!

CLAIM/SPIN #2 - Oksana didn't like the "custody situation" in May.

HOPE TODAY GRILLS them on this one! She had 80 percent custody at the time she turned down the 15M. So was her aim to block Mel Gibson from bonding with his child during critical developmental years? Why did she sign the short form? Or are her attorneys purposefully confusing "custody" with SUPPORT? Or confusing Lucia's custody and support with an entirely different grab for cash made during the May negotiations? She had no problem up to Father's Day letting daddy Mel see his child, what changed?

So if she accepts $2500 for Alexander why has she filed repeated requests for as much as $40,000 per month for Lucia? Did Timothy provide a HOME? Did Timothy provide transportation? Did Timothy provide nanny? Why couldn't she afford a birthday present in August for her son? She was living in a free home, free car, free child care? And under those cir***stances, why hasn't she filed for more child support from Timothy Dalton? And one last thing - her attorneys are going to also speak for Timothy Dalton?

You make alot of interesting points. I wish they had someone from Mel's side ready to smack down their claims with proof from Mel's side. Unfortunately that is for the courtroom and his side seems to be the only ones waiting for this to be heard in a courtroom. It doesn't matter what they say now, she's shot herself in the foot. She's lied, it's on tape and there's no way they can turn that around.

The obvious intent is another assault against Mel. The people behind the lawyers and OX hate Mel so much they will take every oportunity to harm him in the public eye. OX made a MESS of this, so now more powerful interests are lining up and paying for this new onslought, perhaps because they want to milk it while they can; when she gets charged for extortion they won't have the opportunity any more.
It is so weird that her two attorneys, both highly talented and successful men, are appearing togeher on the Today show. Rheir proper place is in a courtroom. One can only imagine who is behind this, and what they are being paid!

Whenever I see an attorney pleading a case like this on a show I question their true intentions. It is not so much PR for their client as it is for themselves. Oksana has created this mess, the country knows what she has done. Their best bet is to fade into the woodwork, this is going to far!!!!

That may be true but I wonder if Dalton pays her anything or paid a lump sum to her. Southern California before Mel on 2500 child support, and her piano playing job would be pretty hard to do. Especially when you factor in her Botox bill, her wardrobe to hook the rich man bill, and her places to be seen to attract the rich man bill, and on top of that she and her kid still had to eat, well there has to be a wad from somewhere stashed. Or perhaps another monthly check just for her.

If the custody agreement gave Mel 50% custody, I don't see her problem. Mel is Lucia's father and is entitled to 50% custody. Additionally, given the short form included custody percentages, she had no problems signing the do***ent.
