Her bail will likely be 300 thousand so she has to come up with 30 thousand and does not get much or any of it back, this is not beating the system it is just the way the system works!
The judge can set reasonable restrictions like; he can take her license and order a curfew both of which are really good ideas. He can make some part of her bail cash which means sh has to come up with even more cash and that will make the cost of staying out of jail even more.

People can also boycott her movies and the products she endorses or the magazines and shows she is on to make the money that is keeping her from facing justice.

I actually don't want her in jail anymore.... She has a much better chance of killing herself outside of Jail...

How many times I'm not Dina just a Lindsay fan. She still has fans everyone makes mistakes.
