As a recovering addict/alcoholic, people like her mother and lawyer are going to love her to death. She desperately needs to sit in jail for a month and think about what she has done with her life.

Also, there is no automatic thing as in "Must grant bail" and Shawn knows it. She's going through the motions to please Dina and the other Lindsay-pleasers. If she doesn't get away from them all she will be dead within the year.

Her lawyer is just as bad as her enabling parents. Boo hoo, she has to pay for her mistakes like the little people. The judge can do anything he wants and she obviously can't be trusted on the streets so he is putting her in custody so she can't continue using until her next court date. He warned her in no uncertain terms and, instead of painting FU on her fingernail, she was out with her friends partying it up. Smug little biach is in jail and she deserves it.

She'll probably be out by Monday morning.

Let's start a petition banning her from the state of California based upon her being a public safety hazard.

This is funny your client is going to jail and your job is over and no more money case closed,,,, wait If I file an appeal then I still can get paid. And when s***bag lawyers file an appeal the fee goes up. More court time more bucks. She no so dumb!

I believe bond is issued if they don't think you're a flight risk and (i may be wrong) bond is this case would be issued though I'd rather see her sit in jail for a month. She gotten away with way more stuff in the past so it's only fair that the tables are turned. I just hope it sticks!

After everything that LiLo has done ``` the judge HAD every right to LOCK HER UP``` with NO bail.. Lindsay IS NOT above the law and I'm really GLAD that the judge threw the book at her ``` NO questions asked!! LOL Do your time Lindsay and please STFU already!!
