Harvey I challenge you to a Dexter trivia faceoff. I LOOOOOVVVVEEE Dexter probably as much as you do.

I usually respect Harvey Levin's opinion, but the fact that he doesn't see how race has played a part in this whole Lebron thing just proves something...even people who are really smart, and who 'get it' in other things turn a blind eye to race matters in the USA because it just doesn't affect them, so they just don't see it.

If Brett Favre had done the EXACT same thing Lebron did, he would not have been vilified as much-definitely not shown the same disrespect by the Cleveland owner. Honestly, there *IS* do***ented proof that as Americans we naturally associate darker skin with negative thoughts. The fact that HARVEY would just sidestep this when he *himself* is in the media..is very strange. Honestly-over 90% of sportsreporters are White, and they mostly cover Black athletes. WHY is it so far fetched to see that sometimes we ascribe less than charitable motives to people because historically, its in our dna to treat them harsher?

And Im not talking about people who are "obvious racists", just regular who have that built into their subconscious..the same way many women (both black and white) would clutch their purse when a Black man gets on an elevator. SAME CONCEPT harvey. ugh.
