The first pic shows slash signing his outside left arm but the guy is showing off his inside right, what gives?

#1 In the first picture the guy is facing Slash. Slash is drawing on his inside right arm, holding his elbow as he draws, just like it shows when he's showing the artwork.
I love when people rush to make a comment about something they perceive is wrong, only to be wrong themselves.
