Harvey: Would you classify the plethora of Oksana's various allegations of mis-treatment of Lucia by Mel along with todays cliams by Lisa Bloom as a justifiable attempt to undermine the relationship between Lucia and Mel ?

Could Judge Gordon enact a gag order on Oksana for the attempts to undermine the relationship between Mel and Lucia? Would the allegations she is making not be a seen as a violation of the parenting access, a misconduct without any semblance of 'good faith'?

since Mel has to pick up the tab for oksana's lawyers fees, can he argue that he doesnt have enough money to also pay 20k a month in child support in order to get the payments reduced? If not, can he set a salary cap as to how much he has to cover in lawyers fees before oksana is on her own?
