Oksana's Bodyguard:

We Were REALLY Intimate

10/21/2010 10:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguard had an intimate relationship with O.G. since May, and he's writing a tell-all book that he says will rock the case.

Kristian Herzog -- who was recently ordered to stay away from Lucia because of a criminal record involving guns -- is telling people connected with the case he was Oksana's boyfriend for months and still communicates with her on a daily basis.

Herzog is saying he has more than 1,000 text messages and more than 1,000 emails in which he communicates with Oksana about every detail of the case -- Mel Gibson, evidence, witnesses, legal strategy and major conflicts between the players.

Herzog certainly had access -- we know he was present during virtually every meeting Oksana had with her lawyers.

As for how Herzog can write a book -- we're told he never signed a non-disclosure agreement.

All of you who have been gushing over "Mother Whoaxana" for the past year or so can now get ready to start apologizing to the rest of us.

And you had better make it convincing. You have a lot to make amends for.

Kathryn, No. 804, Mel Gibson was targeted, entrapped, seduced, deceived & basically subjected to a monumental, complex mugging. It can happen to anyone. Most particularly, people who have no experience of the muckier side of real life (as opposed to life imagined & simulated on a controlled film set) are often particularly susceptible to being manipulated by determined criminals. Their radar is not sufficiently keen... Why do you think so many celebrities or their kids wind up addicted to dangerous substances? It begins by allowing access to their presence being granted to elements that really have no business being anywhere within a mile of them...

We can all learn from this case to be much more careful & selective in whom we interact with.

I believe this is known as being "hoist on your own petard." Whatever you think of Oksana or Mel (and I don't think much of either of them) it's a SAD DAY for everyone when people sleep with people and pretend they care about them just so they can make some money by selling their secrets. People used to have private lives -- and fought HARD to keep them private. It was beneath contempt to "kiss and tell" let alone "sleep and tell." Now there's a whole industry. People are sleazy, the press is sleazier, and people who pay to read this sleaze are the sleaziest becaue they make it profitable and make real relationships impossible for famous people -- and thta starts to infect society as a whole WHAT KIND OF WORLD DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN, PEOPLE? One where you can't trust your husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, father of your child, nanny, sister, brother, mother, daughter, son not to SELL your most personal secrets?

This guy is a real winner. I know him, sort of.. I used to talk to him off and on. He is a body gaurd to the stars and political figures, some are african american, and this guy Kris drops racial slurs like they are going out of style. I have some screenshots of our conversations where his language would upset anyone black green yellow, it wouldn't matter. If his clients knew how racist he is they would run the other way.
