I am PLEASED/GLAD/ECSTATIC that the probation officers and the probation Dept HAS NOT changed their recommendation for JAIL TIME for Lohan's PROBATION VIOLATION! This TWIT needs to LEARN that she does not make the rules when it comes to 'blatantly' disobeying the law and rules of PROBATION! Just because you go to REHAB when you VIOLATE does not 'exempt' you from having to do the TIME for the VIOLATION. Judge Fox made it PERFECTLY to her Lohan and her Lawyer what the direct result would be if she relapsed while on a TWO month strict probation. She couldn't make it 15 days without relapsing! She is a grade A drug addled, pill-popping booze bag that is going back to jail for 30 days. This Judge needs to show LOHAN that she does not make the rules here and she needs to serve the FULL 30 with MANDATORY DAY FOR DAY! The Sheriff has no other option than to follow directly that order and house this twit for the full 30.

Jail only adds to a drug addicts addiction…There are more drugs inside jails/prison then outside…People, this isn’t Disney land, cops, guards and the like make a lot of money dealing and turning a blind eye to drug consumption, smuggling and drug deals….wake up!!!…Jail isn’t the place for any person that is trying to get clean, it makes it worse…HOWEVER, until the laws are changed, everybody has to pay the piper…including the rich and famous…

Put her ass in jail, if she was not famous she would not be in the news, and if she want drugs give it to her than that would be the end of her with her stupid self. People that have money or came into money just don't know especially at the times now. Please give her to me for one day.The only drugs she will crying for is something for an headache by the time I finish with her.
