I don't think she will, but, if she were to fold, she would end up being stalked by everybody trying to have a fender bender with her and win a payday. Now that he has said in public that this is only worth an apology why would anyone give him one? Show this video to a judge and jury and ask them how they can charge you with damages in a court if this jerk was willing to settle for an apology on a street corner.
