Ah so she conspired with ANS's Lawyer/lover, but they were acquitted of the other charges. California law in action.

She was conspiring with Howard K Stern.

I can she the Dr being found guilty, BUT Howard?? Makes NO sense! America at its best! Careful Wives/Husbands/children of drug addicts we can ALL be charged for being an "Enabler" now! That is a MORAL ISSUE not a JURY Issue!!!

I am very happy that we are cutting down the bad apples. Doctors should be there to help the patients not to destroy their health or mental health. They charge a lot money and at the same time, they should analyze the cases and provide the best treatment. Not to drug up a person. Their responsibilities are to address inappropriate situation like the Nicole. I am very happy! Also , for Stern he should be hard punish. He did not help her to get better. Knowing that Nicole wanted to succeed in her own style. That did not mean to drug her up. He was supposed to protect her, advise her, represent her, make sure that she will do the right thing and to grow economically. He killed her slowly. About her son???? That was very suspicious case also.
