My daughter in law was their waitress here in San Antonio. Said Tony was a nice guy, but Eva was the ultimate BITCH. Tony asked her to take a pic of them, and when my daughter put the camera to her face, Eva shoved it in her face then tore it away and told her to "take it further away". Like my DIL was a professional photog. I would have just gone ahead and lost my job so I could punch her in the face. She makes hispanic women look bad. Tony, there are much prettier hispanic women if that's what you're in to. Just turn on the Mexican soaps!!

Notice how the rep is just saying that he didn't file for divorce. Nothing about the entire story being untrue. This is how their reps like to play it safe. Just a matter of time before they are divorced.

Come TMZ you are usually right about these things. I was happy they were divorcing. Eva looks like a rat and I was hoping Tony woke up finally. Booo!!!

I saw her a Tony at the airport in LA in August. I thought she was our maid... and Tony was not smiling at all...all covered up. I have the picture (long live the cell phones).

Locals heard Tony's liifestyle sure changed a lot since they married,they're known for having lavish gambling parties which Eva hosts(the other Spurs wives don't,they pretty much help the guys be grounded,with strong family values)Besides,doesn't Eva have a fancy resturant in New York? Not much time together! ps:I mis-spelled "Files" in an earlier post. We see the "guys"around town at regular,down home eateries frequently,none are publicity hounds,unlike Eva. TMZ is usually get their facts right. Lots of folks here have been concerned for Tony all along,too bad.
