Randy Jackson Goes Nuts Over Michael's Album

11/18/2010 9:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Randy Jackson went on a tear on Twitter Wednesday night, swearing some of the songs on Sony's upcoming Michael Jackson album are fake.

Jackson tweeted, "Some of the songs are him, and some aren't.  I would be [sic] my life on that ... I know this may seem harsh, but this is the truth, as I know it..."

Pretty much every expert who has analyzed the tracks says the voice is MJ's, but Randy is undeterred.

And he gets conspiratorial:  "But what's worse then [sic] harsh is that my brother isn't here, and ll these people are more concerned about making money off his death...They could care less about why and how he died, or maybe they already know."

Randy also claims co-executor John McClain "didn't care about the quality or how complete the vocals were."

@kimbo
(Chiyle we had our company party today....I was actually checking in just to see if someone attempted to tell me off from yesterday)......I know how you role so here goes:

What in the hell dug you up????????? Ooops my bad. It's just another nic of a TMZ internal. Anyhow, all three of my posts were in response to "Really". Therefore you did not have to say a damn thing. You and all the haters are jealous of MJ's fame and fortune. MJ was so broke that he was killed, murdered for his estate. John Branca and John Mcclain are sitting at the helm in cahoots with Sony over all things associated with Michael Jackson. You could have kept your mouth shut, but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! you and all the haters cannot stand the fact that MJ was the most accomplished entertainer who has ever lived. MJ was so broke that his rental home was $100K per month. I know you and the haters will say that someone else was paying for the home. who in the hell would pay that kind of money for housing alone for a man who was broke? give me a break! I don't care what any of you haters think. MJ was never broke, otherwise the executors look like damn fools hoovering over a broke estate the way that they are. Pleaszzzz give me a freaking BREAK!!!!!

@kimbo,
I know people are going to say branca and mcclain saved the estate. there really was no talk about MJ being broke or in financial trouble until he died. MJ made statements about his financial situation but that was to ward off future extortionists (JMO). call MJ what ever you want....There have never been any reports that Michael Jackson ever filed bankrucptcy, never had any forclosures, or tax problems at the federal, state, or local level. There were no government seizures of his properties or assets either.
Only Branca, Mcclain, Sony and AEG with their lying cheating azzes all over Michael's estate.....pleaazzze!!!

The thing with Branca, Mclain and Sony does seem pretty lopsided, including Dileo and perhaps a few others. These men who were already millionaires (certainly Branca and Dileo) and are now making more millions based on a will that I can't believe MJ completely understand as smart as he was. This kind of thing protects a vulnerable elderly mother and the children from exploitation, but I can't believe Michael Jackson meant for all these lawyers, managers and other business people to be enriched so excessively and the rest of his family be completely shut out. I mean, I know there were family issues, but damn.

I don't see how it protects Mrs. Jackson or MJ's kids because initially Mrs. Jackson wanted to be appointed or have an attorney of her choosing appointed as an executor of MJ's estate. The will was written to drop Mrs. Jackson as a beneficiary if she contested the will.
Branca, Mcclain, Sony.....etc have placed MJ right where he never ever wanted to be and that's at the mercy of the record label. Record labels do not care about the artist at all. Nobody on earth was as vocal as Michael Jackson regarding the low down dirty history and practices of the music industry. Since there really is no honor among thieves, the world will just have to wait until every stone is turned and the truth will be exposed about MJ's murder as well as the billions of dollars unethically obtained according to unjust laws at the hands of corrupt lawyers named John Branca and John Mcclain. Not to mention those "Jerk-Holes" at Sony and AEG. May everything they've done and taken from Michael Jackson be taken from them and their families thrice!!!!

Randy is completely right. I hope in the album we can find something like "Someone's name and, besisdes - MJ VOICE IMPERSONATOR", because if they sell this telling this is MJ voice, they're gonna get in trouble. I hear MJ for 20 years. MJ is'nt there at least in two songs. Othr are really MJ and all music in this album is great! Except those without MJ. Whatta shame!!!
