Rampage:

Yes, Steven Seagal is Training My Opponent

11/18/2010 2:32 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Rampage Jackson says he's well aware that the guy he's set to fight on Saturday, Lyoto Machida, has a brand new trainer in his corner -- a trainer who once took down an entire war ship ... and then torpedoed his own career.

Yes, for some reason ... Machida enlisted the services of Steven Seagal -- star of such cinematic classics as, "Hard to Kill," "Out For a Kill, "Driven to Kill" and "Kill Switch."

Footage of Seagal training Machida has surfaced on the web -- which we've titled, "Career Kill."

If you haven't seen it yet ... you're missing out.

FYI -- Rampage is set to take on Seagal's protege at UFC 123 this Saturday night.

Seagull married the daughter of the master of the school. Than after he was handed his title left her and ran away. If he is so wonderful why didn't he answer the challenge from 12 real martial arts experts? Check Black Belt magazine for the story and this was back when he was in shape. Master, not by a long shot. But he is a huge sweaty joke.

Seagal trained Anderson Silva before his last fight and he has trained the military for many years.
Why wouldn't you want his help?

He may be fat and out of shape but he is one of the highest rated Akido Kodanja in the world which is above Master level. Anderson Silva and other MMA greats have seeked instruction from him. Machida isnt trying to learn tactics to beat Rampage , he is a mixed martial artist and studies all types of martial arts , so when it comes to Akido then why not learn from Seagal? And for the retard who says he couldnt even kick high?? he wasnt trying to first of all , if you knew anything about fighting you would understand what he was doing. Fact of the matter is he could hurt Machida or Silva even though he is out of shape. Check out the Silva video and you will see him hurting Silva and throwing him around

Just because a few MMA fighters have been invited to interview on TMZ now, does not mean TMZ is fit to comment on their careers!

If you want to see a good Seagal training, go to Youtube and type in Seagal and Silva, watch him training Anderson Silva

Harvey! You have had two or three MMA fighters come to inverview on your show, so now you think you are actually fit to comment about their careers???

Steven Seagal may be a parody of his former self, but no matter how much his straight-to-DVD movies suck to most people, I still think the guy is awesome. I've watched ALL of his movies (not his TV show, though... pretty lame, even for a fan), and anything released before 2008ish, I've watched several times. Admittedly, his ass-kicking abilities seemed much better several years back.

Seagal has gained some weight. But still, damn good for an Apoteca (Japanese for pharmacist . Best damn pharmacist I've ever seen in action...

Why is Machida taking pointers from a guy with inferior knowledge of hand-to-hand combat?

I'm not sure, but did anyone notice... Seagal didn't do much at all.. but was still Huffing and Puffing at times out of breath. He may have techniques, but he'd never be able to fight a younger 'healthier' opponent anymore.

Dear TMZ,

Steven Seagal is a great actor and I love his show Lawman on A&E. Whoever wrote this article is a moron and probably gay. I have to say this is why I don't watch your show and never will. Suck it.

- Your audience that hates you.
