Oksana Takes The Law into Her Own Hands

11/25/2010 11:40 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

After going through half of the white pages in search of a lawyer, Oksana Grigorieva has decided to take up the study of law.

1115_oksana_EX_tmz_1

Oksana is plowing through a real page turner -- "California Practice Guide -- Family Law."

The collection is actually a gift we're told ... from lawyer #39 and still standing, Daniel Horowitz

And how's this for a strange connection.  One of the authors of the law books is Kenneth A. Black, one of the judges in Oksana's mediation with Mel Gibson.  Oksana has accused Black and everyone else involved in the mediation of strong-arming her into signing an agreement she never read or understood.

No word if they plan on turning the book into a movie, or if Mel Liam Neeson will star.

She just found out how much you can make being a lawyer or that she has to pay for them herself.

Probably trying to find a way or reason where she can keep Lucia with her and away from Mel.

In any case, Mr. Gibsons calls were all made in good faith to confirm that OG would stop shaking the baby - if he kept her on the phone, then she would be unable to shake Lucia. When she poses her leading remarks; antagonizing MG, Section 653 goes out the door

653m. (a) Every person who, with intent to annoy, telephones or makes contact by means of an electronic communication device with another and addresses to or about the other person any obscene language or addresses to the other person any threat to inflict injury to the person or property of the person addressed or any member of his or her family, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this subdivision shall apply to telephone calls or electronic contacts made in good faith.

Misdemeanor fine for MG for raging at OG on phone while he attempted to distract OG away from shaking Lucia.

What is the penalty for extortion and blackmail in the state of California? What is the penetentiary that OG will be residing in?

She sees all the lowers submitting bills to the court for hundreds of thousands of dollars. What's the bet she will submit her own 'legal bill' to the court in December because she is acting for herself.

And she'll need a letterhead. She's probably looking for a new name for the law firm. I recommend 'LA Low'. The first ever law firm that comes with it's own, '900' phone number.

Theresa:

524. Every person who attempts, by means of any threat, such as is specified in Section 519 of this code, to extort money or other property from another is punishable by imprisonment in the county
jail not longer than one year or in the state prison or by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both such fine and
imprisonment.

And the real beauty is that if she is convicted of a felony and is not a US citizen, she gets deported after she completes her prison term. Don't know which prison she would be incarcerated in and not sure how to ascertain that information.

Londongirl

London calling again.

I went to a Mental Health course yesterday and two Personality Disorder's leapt out with OG's name next to them.

Histrionic Personality Disorder

'A pervasive pattern of excessive emotionality and attention seeking, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts as indicated by five or more of the following:

1. uncomfotable in situations in which s/heis not the centre of attention
2. interaction with others is often characterized by inappropriately sexually seductive or provocative behavioral
3. displays rapidly shifting and shallow expression of emotions
4. consistently uses physical appearance to draw attention to self
5. has style of speech that is excessively expressionistic and lacking in detail
6. shows self dramatization, theatrically and exaggerated expressions of emotionality
7. is suggestible i.e. easily influenced by others or cir***stances
8. considers relationships to be more intimate than they actually are

and

Narcissistic Personnality Disorder

'A pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behaviour), need for admiration and lack of empathy, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by five or more of the following:

1. has a grandiose sense of self importance e.g. exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements
2. is preoccupied with fantasies if unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty or ideal love
3. believes that s/he is special and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with other high status people
4. requires excessive admiration
5. has a sense of entitlement, i.e. unreasonable expectations of especially favourable treatment or automatic compliance with his/her expectations
6. is interpersonally exploitative
7. lacks empathy
8. is often envious of othrrs or believes others are envious of him/her
9. shows arrogant, haughty behaviours and attitude

Treatment and Support

Medication: a range of different medication may be prescribed such as anti depressants, mood stabilisers and sometimes anti psychotics

Psychological: counselling or therapy can help some people. The work will be long term and may be challenging for both client and therapist.

The focus will often be on day to day problems of living, learning to deal with emotions, understanding and dealing with other people and looking for a way to live life that is compatible with one's personality, building on strengths and avoiding situations that experience says cause problems.

Psychotherapy can be very painful, especially where unresolved trauma emerges, and takes commitment and patience.

Social: some people would benefit from support with housing, benefits, training, work and building a healthy support network.

It is important to remember that recovery from personality disorder is possible, although this takes time.

It's useful to bear in mind that personality problems take a long time to build up and naturally will take a long time to resolve
