This just shows how ignorant people can be when it comes to being informed about drugs. Salvia is completely legal in California. Miley is 18 years old. She's not breaking the law. She is being a normal teenager trying new things. People try to attack her because she is supposed to be a "role model". She never tried to be a role model, people put her in that position. I can't even say that I'm a fan of Miley Cyrus but the fact that people are so quick to attack an 18 year old girl that is doing something completely legal is ridiculous. And it shows how ignorant people can be considering the fact that people are voting that salvia is worse than drinking. People need to be a bit more educated before they decide to open their mouth.

I gotta say, relax people. For crying out loud, don't listen to what the "experts" are saying about salvia. From what I can tell, they seem to just be making stuff up. Its a pretty harmless drug. Yes, the high is pretty intense, yes it can be pretty close to doing acid, but there are two things you have to consider that no one seems to be talking about. 1, it takes a certain level of finesse to get that high and 2, IT ONLY LASTS FOR LESS THAN 20 MINUTES!! Relax. Its pretty hard to get into much trouble when your high wears off in less time than it takes to watch an episode of south park.

Ha! Two years ago I was criticized by a relative for not getting my 6 year old Hannah Montana stuff. It bothered me the way young girls idolized Miley Cyrus, and I didn't want my daughter being one of her 'followers.' The relative argued that Miley was a good role model, and I said, yeah, for now, but what happens when she gets older? Now that she's turned into a wild child, she's sending the message to all those girls who idolize her that it's okay to experiment with drugs and dress like a ho. Let's see where Miley is in 5 years.
