OZ is just a little man behind the curtain

Why would she steal a necklace? This is ridiculous.

What a lot of pathetic whining misogynists here, including everyone who calls her a "bitch".

Why would she steal this necklace? Of course she didn't; it's ridiculous.

Stickyhan(ds) is lucky stupidity and arrogance aren't crimes, or the little sociopath would never be walking out a free person!

Why would she steal a necklace? The same reason she stole a mink coat and a rolex watch. She's empty inside and this is how she tries to fill that void. She's a damaged individual with an infantile mind.

@FUTMZ yup, you summed it up perfectly:

- at some point she should have snapped out of it and grown up.

"When I picture the term 'grand theft' in my head, a small thin strand doesn't come to mind, the crown jewels do….I mean." She wrote.

Lindsay Lohan's posh friend, Lady Victoria Hervey has jumped to her defense making light of the felony grand theft charges the troubled star is facing. can reveal the British socialite is backing her buddy after she was accused of stealing a $2500 necklace, and in a shocking statement she has down played the alleged theft as no big deal.

Taking to her Twitter page to stand up for Lohan, Hervey made an obvious reference to the story just minutes after reported the news that she would be charged in court tomorrow.

Who knows? Maybe not this time.

Lindsay has a warped sense of right and wrong. It really doesn't matter what she pleads. The testimony of people in her employ or a close friend is tainted. A good prosecutor could probably get at least one to go off party line. If she took the necklace and has no receipt, she's cooked. Paperwork, please.

By the way, that necklace has diamonds on it all the way around...hence the price.

It is a cheap marketing stunt by the shop or maybe one employee who gave permission to more than the boss allowed - nothing else. No shop selling these items would allow a customer to walk around in the shop with the items without keeping a constant eye on the item.

People from eastern Europe have been invented and everybody know that you have to keep the doors shut while you have customers so you can check them before they leave the shop.

Credit where it's due. Lohan appears to be an accomplished thief. I hope we get to see the surveillance tape so we can check out her technique.

LOL....Lindsay honestly feels like she did nothing wrong...I guess in HER MIND she didn't do anything wrong.

Anyway, she's not going to jail. I'm pretty sure both sides have reached a pleas deal already. They're just going through the motions with Lindsay surrendering herself tomorrow, getting booked and making bail and getting probation AGAIN even though she violated her previous probation. This freak show is a waste of taxpayer's money.

WHO IS THIS LINSESY LOHAN? Never ever heard of her. Hayley Mills was in Parent Trap.

If you take anything out of a shop without permission that is theft and you must face the charges if you like it or not
