What he did is no different than someone that hires a hit man. He was the orchestrator of the murders, which makes him just as guilty as the ones who carried out the acts. So...genius, don't get any ideas that you can get away with murder if you just plan it and manipulate someone else to carry it out.

What would you people do if Charlie got a new trial, was proven innocent, and released? Maybe it will happen, maybe it will not but it's still a good question I think.

Always funny the references people make to Manson "slaughtering people", etc. He never even killed anyone, yet he is locked away for life, while actual murderers sometimes get out in as little as 5 years.

Not saying he's a swell guy, or I'd want him spending time with my kids, but get the facts at least.
