Dr. Murray Keeps Nevada Medical License

2/15/2011 11:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Conrad Murray just cashed in on some Vegas luck -- because TMZ has learned he can keep practicing medicine in Nevada.

0114_conrad_murray_EX_TMZ_01

Sources at the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners tell us ... "Nevada law does not currently allow us to swipe his license just because a judge ruled on it."

As we previously reported -- Murray's California medical license was recently suspended as a condition of bail in his manslaughter case.

The Texas Medical Board has yet to decide what to do with the Doc's license.

Heh - I had given him Bieber-bangs earlier, but never used it. He is going to need a more youthful look for his new job at McDonalds, so I thought I´d throw them in now. ;-)

I love point this next fact out cause it bothers the wackos to no end.

With the prison system the way it currently is Dr Murray wont even see the inside of the cell even if found guilty. He will see 4 months of house arrest and maybe a year of probation and it business as usual.

I think these morons truly think this guy is going to jail for life. When in reality the MAX he could get is 4 years, which isn't happened due to the nature of this case and prison over population.

HAHAHAH

So glad Murray has a few supporters cause he's going to need them when he is found guilty. He may not serve a lot of prison time or he may because they want to make an example of him since this is such an unusual case. Who knows.

At any rate, there are more important things that need to happen from all of this. Murray needs to lose his Medical License period! He should never be allowed to practice medicine in the US ever again! Propofol needs to be regulated in a more serious manner. It should not be allowed to be used outside of a hosptial surgery setting. It should not be allowed to be ordered by any "Doctor" but a designated rep. from a hospital only! Personal Doctors need to be registered and evaluated on a regular basis for the protection of their patients.

If we take the name Michael Jackson out of the equation it changes everything. It boils down to the fact that Murray is being charged with Homocide of another. The Prelim brought out a great deal of evidence that he acted in a very negligent and reckless manner towards his patient. That is not acceptable no matter who your patient is.

Why some are so happy it is Michael Jackson that died is beyond me. Just shows that you are heartless and just not a very nice person. I hope nothing like this ever happens in your family and others find joy in at at your expense!

Good post, LCMichael! Those people are heartless for sure.
But they can never take away from Michael that the world stopped when he died, the Internet broke down. Millions and millions of people around the world were saddened and shocked. They can´t take away Michael´s formidable talent and charisma, they can´t take away that he is loved world-wide. They can´t take away the music, Michael gave us!
Who are they? Nobodys who are trying to get attention on a gossip site. They are nothing.

Yes, there is comfort in that isn't there?

Justice will prevail. May not be in the manner we think, but it will happen and Murray will never be able to hurt another person with his inability to be a "real" doctor!

Hi LC4Michael, Siggisis, moni, MiMi, mymjj5

So Vince Neil gets two weeks in jail for DUI, which he deserves because he could have killed someone drinking and driving. But Murray is being charged with Homocide and is free to walk around and practice his death skills??! Something is terribly wrong with our judicial system!

EXCLUSIVE : MICHAEL JACKSON'S EX-LAWYER
Considering Asking Judge to Remove Conrad
Murray's NEW ATTORNEY From the Case

FROM : radar online
The lawyer who helped win Michael Jackson’s acquittal on child molestation charges is considering asking a Los Angeles judge to stop another attorney from being added to the legal team of the pop star’s former doctor, who is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter.

Nareg Gourjian is joining forces with Conrad Murray’s lawyers Ed Chernoff and Michael Flanagan, who are preparing to defend the doctor at trial, beginning on March 24.

Gourjian is a former of associate of Mark Geragos, a lawyer known for high-profile criminal cases, including Chris Brown's domestic violence charge and the trial of Scott Peterson, who was convicted of killing his wife.

Herein lies the problem, as RadarOnline.com has learned.

Gourijian was also an associate of Geragos' law firm and worked on Jackson’s successful defense during the late singer’s infamous 2005 trial, where he stood accused of seven counts of child molestation and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent to a 13-year-old male.

Gregaros is so concerned that a former member of his team, who was privy to the King of Pop’s personal information, is now working to defend the man accused of killing him.

“Mark is concerned about the conflict of interest because Nareg worked on Michael's molestation defense,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

“Nareg was privy to details about Michael Jackson's life that were never made public.

“This is very, very bothersome to Geragos.

“Mark is considering filing paperwork with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael E. Pastor stating he believes there is an obvious conflict of interest.

“Nareg knows that Mark is concerned about this."

Murray is accused of responsibility for the pop icon's death on June 25, 2009 by administering an overdose of the powerful sedative Propofol, with which Jackson was being treated to help him to sleep.

There is a pretrial hearing in Dr. Conrad Murray's case this afternoon, but the embattled doctor won't be there.

Geragos could appear in person at the hearing to detail his concerns to Judge Pastor.

YOU GO GERAGOS.....................................

This doesn't surprise me. Dr. Murray is praised by his patients. They have nothing but good things to say about him and this ruling will help in Dr. Murray's defense.

But....what if he doesn't? First offense...involuntary manslaughter, NOT premeditated murder or even 2nd degree. What are you fans going to do if he gets felony probation??? OMG THE HORROR!!!!!!!

Yeah, like that's going to sway the jury or the judge or the prosecutor. You watch, things are going to come out about Michael that can be PROVEN, and might just create reasonable doubt in the mind of the jurors, causing them to either deadlock or convict on a lesser charge if they are given that option.

You people REALLY think you have more power than you do.
