He's 80, he's not dead! Maybe he is building his dream home, good for him!! Are people supposed to end their lives living in a shack just because "oh gonna die soon, let me be unhappy!". My dad is 80 years old and rides a bike up to 10 miles a day - has no aches and pains!! He ain't going nowhere!

Kids won't have money to fight over when he passes on..
