Ultra-Rich NFL Star -- I Ain't Worried About a Strike!

2/20/2011 1:18 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Who cares about a possibly devastating lockout between NFL players and owners next month when you got a guaranteed $34 mil in your contract? Definitely not Seattle Seahawks linebacker Aaron Curry.

Curry shed all his concerns last night outside Voyeur nightclub in L.A. -- telling TMZ, "I'm prepared for it. I saved all my money, so I'll be fine."

In case you're wondering -- Curry signed a six-year $60 million contract with the Seahawks in 2009 ... with $34 million guaranteed. So yeah, he'll be fine.

He says he won't care, but next year when he is not playing and not getting paid and he still has to pay for his Lifestyle with what he's got in the bank, he's gonna be pissed! F*** the NFL they should give it all to the old broken players and charity. They should have a socialist pay scale -everyone across the board gets 3 million a year salary- the players the coaches the trainers the office workers the owners- everyone- and the rest goes to operating cost and charity .

Over the last 10 years, the typical franchise has doubled in value — from $500 million to $1 billion — giving the league a total worth of $32 billion. The combination of capital appreciation and cash dividends means the average owner makes perhaps $75 million per year from football. At the same time, player compensation has increased steadily, and the median salary is now $800,000.

This is the problem with the NFL today...ungreatful players like him. What has he done to earn a 60 million dollar contract? Not nothing. since he received his contract what has he done? I wonder how the undrafted free agent that made the team feels about the lockout.
