They can get all the verbal agreements they want. the courts are involved now and the court will decide what happens. Not to mention there was never a court date set for Monday except in one of Charlie's rants that he was going to take her to court.

Someone like Charlie Sheen is going to naturally have a bunch of people hanging around him for the wild ride. If people want to roll with him then they know what they're getting in to.

If I hung around with some super rich dude who handed out drugs like candy at his parties, but he himself got wasted to within an inch of his life, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't expect him to be babysitting me as I nodded off in the corner.

Charlie and Brooke should be committed by their respective parents until substance and mental health issues are worked out. The grandparents should be in charge of Max and Bob until things stablize. She did drugs when she was pregnant and that's what they had in common while beautiful mom Denise Richards was taking care of her girls.
