Alex Rodriguez took a break from Spring Training to hit up the rides at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL this weekend with his girlfriend Cameron Diaz.

A-Rod and Cam rode the SheiKra rollercoaster -- which gets up to 70 miles per hour -- and then checked out pics of their adventure afterward.

Based on the giddy school boy clapping A-Rod seems to be doing in the last photo, he enjoyed the ride very much -- either that or Cameron said they could go for ice cream after.

March 15 Disney trip with my grandauhter. Dinner at Cinderallas Castle. Waited extra hour before dinner. Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodrguez without reservations got in before us? She was in Short dress salmon color. We had reservations since November.Great grandaughter, so thrilled, we work hard too, make reservations.
