So let me chime in, Looks like Snoop and his wife are about to get into a Black Rolls Royce Phantom normally the people who have these type of cars are Chauffeur around, the Phantom also comes with an umbrella inside the door. SO if indeed Snoop is being Chauffeur around, I’m willing to bet my ****ting Military pay that he is, The Chauffeur would hold the umbrella over Snoop and his wife’s head before they entered the car.
