If you walk out of a store and go home and notice you have on a necklace you didnt pay for then first reaction should be to return it and apologize for the misunderstanding but nope she figures she'll keep it, wear it out because its hers now.

The DA is still going to try to get the judges sentence over ruled by a higher judge like they did the time before, because they feel she should have been charged with a felony. So anyway everything can change still in this case. Plus the judge didnt order drug testing. That just opens the doors wide open for a relapse while she under all the pressure of her court cases. If she gets through all this , she should move out of LA and away from the media for a few years.

How can she be found to be in violation of her probation when she hasn't been convicted of anything. Is simply a charge enough to send her to jail? If so, I think there is something wrong with the system. Even Lindsay deserves her day in court first.

This is so typical of L.A. "Justice." If she was a mexican housekeeper, or a black girl from Compton she would be so gone to San Quentin or Atascadero or Chino, etc for 3 to five - maybe with luck a standing bullet, and NO ONE would ever even HEAR about it. A judge named Jack levine with 30 years on the bench once told me "You think there's justice in this country? The rich get justice. Every one else gets jail." That was 40 years ago. Old Jack must be looking down at this and shaking his head.
