According to INCNow.tv, Bree struck a deal with prosecutors ... in which she will serve one year of unsupervised probation if she completes an unspecified amount of community service and stays out of trouble. Official sentencing is set for May 3.

As we previously reported, Olson was arrested on one misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after crashing her car on Feb. 3.

I hope she gets her life in order and finds true happiness. I also hope that she does not allow the hideous words from cowards behind computers to define her. Everyone can change and do better.

She is certainly a lucky ducky. In Indiana, DUI especially at her level of intoxication typically brings some real jail time (at least 30 to 60 days), and our jails aren't so "overcrowded" that people end up spending only 10% of their time as in LA ... Her lawyer must have been expensive.

I was wondering about that. Usually one's license is suspended for at least six months for the first offense in other states. Now I know she is officially a celebrity, because she's received a light sentence.

Smartest move she's made in a long time.

I also highly doubt the timing of her break-up with Charlie is coincidental. It's just too convenient.

You didn't need him anyway, Bree.

Quick note about the CS Houston show. The crowd seems to love him and evidently the show went well. There was the usual "**** Detroit" and ripping Bree - nasty jokes about her. I lived in Houston so no surprises for me. To sum it up:

CraigHlavaty Craig Hlavaty
This crowd is a microcosm of the side of Houston you probably hate. Math teacher trashed. Makes out with Sheen for two seconds.

OUR MAN.

"He was self-effacing, outrageous, filthy dirty and hilarious," the paper's Ken Hoffman wrote. "I know, I know; the whole thing was surprising. Whatever you've heard about half-filled audiences walking out on Sheen in other cities, it didn't happen in Houston. He had the wild crowd in his palms -- they loved him."

Staying out of trouble? First order of business, grow up. Second, stay away from that creepy POS Charlie Sheen.

She's lucky -- not only did she emerge uninjured after she crashed her car and blew a .19 percent BAC on her breathalyzer test, she'll also probably sail through her deal of unsupervised probation and community service. I think she got off light, considering how much alcohol she had in her system while driving around. There should be stricter policies about DUI offenders in case of really high BACs like this.
