TSA -- Ex-Miss USA

Was Treated Like Anyone Else

4/28/2011 2:20 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Former Miss USA Susie Castillo was NOT "molested" during an airport pat down ... according to the TSA which tells TMZ its officer acted totally appropriately.

A rep for TSA tells TMZ, "We have reviewed this passenger's screening experience and found that the officer followed proper procedures."

Castillo claims a TSA agent at Dallas Fort Worth Airport touched her genitals four times during an inspection last week.

TSA added it is "always seeking to strike the right balance between privacy and security while providing the security that the American people want and deserve."

"I have an idea for those that have a problem with the TSA"

So do I. Start talking with DA's and form a class action lawsuit against the TSA. Don't for for any politician who supports the TSA.

She WAS sexually molested/assaulted. Just because it's the TSA's "proper procedure" to touch genitals doesn't mean it's not sexual assault.

Yeah, she was treated like anyone else: a criminal, not a law-abiding American citizen who was stripped of her fourth amendment rights AND her decency. She is not the only one to cry after being invaded by the TSA. There have been countless stories of people who felt violated, angry, humiliated, afraid, disgusted, and all manner of negative emotions after having their genitals touched more than once and their breasts squeezed. This is an unnecessary smoke and mirrors show that is used to intentionally humiliate Americans who refuse to go through the full-body scanners. "Submit - or else." I have a friend who used to work for the TSA and she said that in her training, the TSA motto was "Intimidate Dominate Control." How do you defend that? A six-year-old girl had a TSA agent's hand down her pants, literally making contact with her vulva twice, and the TSA said it was "proper procedure." Would you say the little girl, who was crying, calling for her mommy, and saying that she didn't know why the TSA was mad at her, was overreacting?

TMZ, how dare you make it out like Suzie Castillo is a blubbering baby. This is a violation of our rights. She has every reason to feel the way she did after being molested in full public view. Just because the government is doing doesn't mean it isn't sexual assault!

Barf. "Security Americans want and deserve." Barf again. What a load of filth. I don't want security. I deserve liberty.

The pucilanimous drivel spouted by the TSA spokesholes is an anathema to me. Please Congress, SCOTUS, anybody, make the TSA compliant with the U.S. Constitution - NOW! I don't think I can take any more.

"And then what?"

Enjoy flying without being sexually molested by the TSA or any other sexual predators. The system will collapse on it's own if TSA is allowed to continue sexually assaulting people. You have no valid argument for the TSA's despicable actions. Traditional methods of a wand search without being intrusive work fine. Profiling is also required. This woman has a strong case in court and even stronger if she forms a class action lawsuit. I am not voting for any politician that supports the TSA and I have many different avenues to get the word out.

Carla,

What do you suggest? Do away with the TSA? Well, cops search suspects as well? Should we do away with the other facets of Law Enforcement?
This whole liberal mindset that we should all be free doesnt work in the real world. You need control! Without control, there is anarchy. If you are down the anarchy cause, then so am I! Lets tear this place apart...

The loathesome, lying, stealing, sexually molesting, Constitution shredding s*** of the TSA cannot provide security.

Security is a fantasy for little children, more an emotion than a real condition.

Americans are smart, strong, wise and capable. We don't want to "feel" secure. We want to LIVE free. Liberty is our national heritage, not security. Security is a feeling we try to imbue in our children. Liberty is the heritage we grant them when they reach adulthood.

Recind the "Unpatriot" Act. Restore the U.S. Constitution to its proper place.

Well, cops search suspects as well?

Any many cops are criminals:

WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- A former Wyoming police officer was sentenced to 15 years in prison for kidnapping a motorist in a plot to extort money from Wal-Mart, officials said.

"You have no valid argument for the TSA's despicable actions. Traditional methods of a wand search without being intrusive work fine. Profiling is also required." What sort of profiling is required? Cause from what I recall, terrorists come in all sizes and colors.
No valid argument for what? Some idiot saying that they were sexually assaulted because someone touched their shoulder? Get real! With security comes sacrifices! You think I like Speed Limits on streets and highways? You think I like police officers who ticket people for driving too fast? No. But I understand why they are there. No argument needed.

Oh Puke!

Law enforcement officers comply with the U.S. Constitution. Law enforcement officers face criminal prosecution when the commit 4th amendment violations.

The crimes of the TSA are anarchy. Their blatant contempt for the Law of the Land is ANARCHY!!! Those of us who want to bring the TSA into compliance with the U.S. Constitution are on the side of Law and Order.

It's the TSA that is criminal, not their detractors or their victims.

To the people defending the TSA:

When will it be enough for YOU?
- When they start doing cavity searches on YOUR wife or daughter or YOU (TSA have already claimed they have that authority)?
- When they start doing this at the shopping mall (in their plans)?
- When they start doing this at the train station (already started and planning to expand)?
- When they start doing this at the bus terminal (already done and planning to expand)?
- When they decide they need to stop your car along the highway and "feel up" YOUR daughter?
- When they decide they need to XRay your house to make sure you don't have any weapons (they the tools to do this already)?

If a schoolteacher did the things TSA does to your children they would be arrested and prosecuted. If your co-worker did the things TSA is doing to tyou, your wife or children they would be arrested and prosecuted. If a police officer did w2hat TSA does they would be prosecuted. If an FBI agent did what TSA does they would be terminated and prosecuted.

WHEN. IS. IT. ENOUGH. FOR. YOU?

Somewhere in the caves of Pakistan a bunch of al Queda are laughing their asses off at how easy it was to turn America into police state.

I have come within minutes of being killed in a terrorist bombing twice in my life so trust me I know that no one wants to die that way. But I do not want to see my liberty and freedoms sacrificed either; I do not want my children to grow up in a police state. And don't say it can't happen here; the people of Germany thought the same thing in 1936.

The odds of you being killed by bee-stings is 1-in-500,000; the odds of you being killed by terrorists is 1-in-10,400,000. How many people do you know who have died from bee-stings?

James Madison said it best: "If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy."

The terrorists have already won; they have our government violating our Constitution in the name of "protecting" us.
