Charlie Sheen -- I've Never Done Heroin

4/30/2011 11:29 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Chuck Lorre must have the wrong monkey (*wink wink, nudge nudge) because Charlie Sheen tells us in no uncertain terms ... he's never done heroin!

0430_charlie_sheen_monkey_chuck_lorre_EX
Lorre took a not-so-veiled shot at Sheen on his vanity card at the end of "The Big Bang Theory" earlier this week. Lorre made reference to a monkey on the show behaving "increasingly erratic" and being "a heroin addict" -- but we all know who he was really referring to.

But Sheen tells TMZ point blank, "I have never done or tried heroin in my life."

And there you have it, straight from the monkey's mouth.

ksis 4 minutes ago The Sheen's lawsuit.

"Although Mr. Sheen was SCHEDULED to return to work on February 14, 2011 AS REQUESTED, he was subsequently told that no scripts were available for shooting. Lorre unilaterally decided not to write scripts as required for the full order of contemplated episodes of the Series. (CBS ordered 24 episodes of the Series for the 2010/2011 season. Mr. Sheen has been informed that by February 14, 2011, Lorre had delivered only 16 episodes.)
****************************************************************

I think this only has merit if charlie's lawyer can prove that the episodes were #1 requested, #2 not written #3 that charlie had been informed...and besides, just because the scripts may not have been written, there was still time to write them.
It can be proven that charlie was behaving erraticly and had recently been taking drugs and that they had requested very specifically what they wanted him to do to get healthy before he could come back to work and charlie did not comply with his employers specific request.

Ksis, give me the link, I'd love to know what is worse than Sheen's attacks? Like I said, I read the cards and could not agree more with angeleyes.

"You sad silly fool. A-hole p-ssy loser. Put on the gloves you low rent, nut-less sociopath," continued Sheen. "I'll beat your chicken sh-t soul in a court room into a state of gratitude. A state of surrender." --Charlie Sheen

Not nice . . .

I posted part of the lawsuit.
Charlie Sheen's life has been on the covers of the magazines for 20 years due to his lifestyle and addictions. He got enough mocking from the press. He didn't need more from his employers. It's not about the words any of them used. It's about the intent. Chuck's intent was to mock and harrass. Charlie acts out of anger and bitterness. He is allowed to feel all that.

And what makes you think he can't? You think that lawyer like Martin Singer would just write things that were LIES and put his own reputation on the line?
His employers have already been proven to be huge hypocrites by requesting anything regarding Charlie's behavior since they didn't mind it back in 2010 when they offered him a contract for two more seasons and a raise.

ksis,

all the "cards" you just listed, weren't those done AFTER charlie was told he could not come back to work and went on tv and was ranting on and on about Lorre.

I look at it from my favorite's point of view and none of it seems funny to me.

Nope. After Charlie's rants Lorre was quiet and then he wrote a few cards that made little sense actually. Those that are in the lawsuit are from 2010, 2009 and maybe earlier too. I would have to check.

The card about him outliving Charlie was numbered 329. You can check that none after that are the ones listed in the lawsuit.

ksis - apparently you have been studying the life and times of Mr. Sheen for some 20 years? I have not - in fact until his first rant occurred I never paid any attention to anything he had done before -

You constantly claim he has a right to feel angry and be true to himself - So why does he not act on getting on with his life?

He earned a substantial amount of money with his last job of 8 years - rather than constantly and consistently either insulting his former employers and begging for his job back - why doesn't he mount a production of his own - Use his own money - hire his own writers and produce something and go sell it to a major studio and network?

Truth is he is just an actor - parroting lines a writer gives him - for the majority of shows all he did was sit on the couch drinking - have sex with a revolving door of women and make fun of Alan and Jake. He was at best a non professional actor -
In all likelihood rather than investing in his own life and future he was busy throwing his funds away on drugs, booze, parties, whores and of course that's his right but no use crying about that now is there? He has a right to his own choices - no point in blaming the studio for firing him for non-compliance with their rules of further employment.

Hollywood is full of actors who actually do their job in a professional manner and do their best to keep their private lives private - not Charlie - he had to bring all the sordid details of his life out in the open and therefore we have the right to comment negatively - IMO

They start about a year ago.

#276 (Feb 2010) The prayer requests refers to ONE viewing member in the bible belt who likes watching 2 and 1/2 men, but feels guilty for enjoying the show, so she offers to pray for Lorre. Lorre then says thank you, but I'm good, "feel free to pick whomever you think is most in need. Just hurry."

#315 (Nov 2010) Country song, a personal favorite

#325 (Jan 2011) Stuntman reference

#329 (Feb 2011) If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pissed.

Well, that's the kind of remark I expect of most here, but not of you. Whatever.
FYI, I have not payed much attention to him either before the whole thing started, but after it started i watched and read a lot.
And he has moved on with his life, which doesn't mean he should just forget and let go, if he feels he was mistreated and wronged.

I wouldn't be surprised if CL was actually referring to a different cast member. It IS Hollyweird.
