Harvey funny pictures man. Why are you straining do you have a bowel problem lol

I don't believe Michael was a hard core drug addict. i think he had a problem years ago but i do not think for one second that he would do this when he had kids. NO WAY!!!!
Does he look like he was on drugs in TII, no he doesn't.

Okay so lets go with the defense story..... it doesn't matter if who gave that propfol dr murray, michael, MR X!!! When does a cardiologist do CPR on a bed FFS and with one hand!!!
According to the reports we hear (911 call and paramedcis report) Michael was on the bed(in 911 call) then on the floor (according the Alverez testiment) and then on the bed(paramedics testiment) WTH is wrong with this!!!

No one has their story straight, not even the janet (first she says she got the call whilst on a movie set....then she was at home.... which is it.

The autopsy report, if you read it in depth, does not sound like it was Michael. The cardiac output report that was released shows a time of 11:56 when the 911 call states it was gone noon. And no they have this to have this correct to show time of death. Why did the ambulance come out backwards and really slowly. Okay so you could argue that there was too many cars blocking the way to make a turn around. No the paramedics were there for 45 minutes. Did no one think the move the cars. Also if you google 101 Carolwood there is a huge space to turn around a ambulance.

Okay rant over

Something is very wrong with this case!!!!

Well, now Murray is free to kick it at the Spearmint Rhino strip club all he wants until september. Maybe together with Harvey? It's not clear who, but Murray's defense cadre of babes is a good guess [LOL]. Do you (TMZ) really believe you can change Murray's culpability by your ridiculous articles?

The question is not whose side people are. The more important question is: is TMZ payed by someone to make Murray as a victim and Michael Jackson as the offender?

Beyond a reasonable doubt.... If MJ didn't die, none of this would be happening. The INTENT should be punished, not the result. And there was no intent. Having said that, Harvey also says 'the Law' is messed up and I say, Mr. Murray got unlucky AND he had no intent. YOU CAN NOT convict him. Any jury will find this man NOT guilty.
========================

Brett, you are mistaken. There are a lot of people who go to jail for manslaughter that did not intend to kill another person, but their actions was reckless and that's what got them put in jail. Intent would mean the charges could & would be murder not manslaughter. Murry was extremely reckless with the life of his patience.

if mj is alive with an inability to speak, would you say it's mostly his fault for spending a year with planning the illegal drug order/delivery in the pharmacy and demanding useless injections?
How bad was, Michael Jackson's addiction to prescription medication?...mj video of secrets

Well, in a deposition Jackson gave last summer, the beleaguered pop star 'fessed up for once about where his head's been at when he signs docu ents.

The testimony Jackson gave on July 25, 2007, had to do with agreements he signed with former manager Dieter Wiesner.

As usual, Jackson claimed to have forgotten putting his signature on the dotted line.

In the deposition, taken in London, an attorney for Wiesner asks Jackson the key question.

This is what it looks like in the actual transcript, obtained exclusively by this column:

Q Were you impaired by the taking of prescription medications or something else at the time you signed these two do***ents?
A I could have been.
Q Is that best of recollection, that you signed these while impaired, not knowing what they meant?
A I could maybe say so, but I'm not — I don't remember them. It's not like Jackson misunderstood the questioning, either. In the same line of examination, the attorney for Wiesner managed to get this in as well:

Q How long in 2003 were you impaired because of the taking of prescription medication?
A I don't know.
Q Was it most of 2003?
A I'm not sure.
Q Did Dr. Farshchian prescribe that medication for you?
A No, it wasn't Farshchian. I think it was a local.

And then there's also this exchange:

Q As of March 31, 2003, were you still impaired because of the taking of prescription medication?
A I could have been.
Q During the period of time you were impaired by the taking of prescription medication, was this an impairment that lasted like all your waking hours, or did it come and go?
A It comes and goes, not all of the waking hours, of course not. Yes.
Q Now, during the period of time you were taking this medication when you weren't impaired, did you ever tell one of your advisors that you were [concerned] about your impairment and they better watch what you were signing during this period of time?
A Not that I recall.

Dr. Alimorad Farshchian, of course, was Jackson's infamous "vitamin" doctor upon whom Jackson relied heavily in 2002-2003.

It was Dr. Farshchian — founder in 2000 of the The Center for Regenerative Medicine — who accompanied Jackson from Florida back to California in February 2003 with the Arvizo family.

They eventually filed charges against him that consumed Jackson in a trial and took away a couple of years of his life.

Jackson's vagueness about his business transactions didn't go over so well, I am told. As usual, he claimed to have no memory of people or events that had already been do***ented or testified to in other cases.

After losing a multi-million dollar case to another former partner, Marc Schaffel, Jackson was convinced by his attorneys to settle the Wiesner case instead of letting it go to trial.

The settlement, like the Schaffel one, has not been paid.

For Jackson, the admission in sworn testimony that he was "impaired" thanks to too many prescription drugs is startling.

He's already been in rehab once — that he's admitted. Further testimony about his drug use came in his child molestation trial.

Sources have told this column about numerous instances when Jackson was too "out of it" to perform.

As I reported here, his ankle "snake bite" in 2003 was in fact a cover-up for an injection he received. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,304977,00.html

please remenber and don't forget: Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter, NOT Michael Jackson! And Michael Jackson not died in 2000, 2002, 2003 or 2006. He died on June 25th, 2009 under the hands of Murray.

So it doesn't matter what happened years before. The autopsy report showed there were no other drugs found in Michael Jackson's body than Conrad Murray admitted that gave them to him.

HARVEY, why are you in BLACK & WHITE? You're everywhere in the HOAX, from the beginning to the end!
We don't need more clues. You know that CONRAD IS INNOCENT AS MICHAEL IS INNOCENT! MICHAEL IS NOT A CHILD MOLESTER!
Just play your in/out roles and let the CIRCUS continue!
We love you anyway!
SUNFLOWERS AND LOVE TO ALL BELIEVERS!

Every man is innocent until he is proven guilty ... you're accusing a man without evidence .... as others have done with Michael in the past. Obviously the story does not teach you anything .... and anyway, Michael is alive !!

MJ was a grown a ss man. No one forced him to take drugs. MJ and Maury are both at fault here. They both knew good and damn well the risks they were taking, but took them anyway.

Wow, this Charles guy is a serious douche.

Please get him off camera. He's so self-conscious it's actually painful to watch. Harvey on the other hand is surprisingly entertaining and astute.
