Nicole, I've got to ask... Why? What, honestly, is your motivation? I'm guessing you honestly believe in and support Lohan, but I don't understand why - unless you're a relative (which you may very well be).

Do you have any sense that codependent enablers actually HARM the one they feel they're protecting? I'm not making stuff up, people's lives are destroyed, or die because of enablers in denial.

I certainly cannot say that you are among this group, but you do seem to have an illogical loyalty to someone for whom that is the LAST thing she needs...

You seem to have an obsession here (again, as a relative, it's still unhealthy but more understandable - if not, it is a bit creepy).

I'd love to be proven wrong, and I'm certainly willing to apologize if I am. But I can't do that unless you can explain why you are unable to have the sense and compassion for Lohan that would actually HELP her... rather than ignore the reality of her very, very serious troubles.

If you care for her, why aren't you able to put her well being first?

I seriously do not understand. It's hard to not come to the conclusion that you are posing on some level, which would be even more sad (and creepier) indeed.
