5/14/2011 11:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Megan Wren, the missing girlfriend of actor Tom Sizemore, has been found ... TMZ has learned.

Wren had been missing since March 31 -- and, as TMZ first reported, Sizemore was questioned by law enforcement as part of the investigation into her disappearance.

We're told Wren is with her father at the moment.

Sizemore tells TMZ, "I am relived and happy Megan is safe and sound. It is unfortunate that she did not come forward immediately as this has caused me a lot of concern. However, I am pleased no harm has come to Megan and I wish her and her family the best and I am putting this matter behind me."

Sizemore's manager tells TMZ the Tom and the girl were never together romantically, they were just neighbors.

At onetime Tom had a promising career as an actor. A good example of what happens when you get into drugs.

His relationship with Heidi Fleiss didn't help. Then again, he probably wouldn't have dated her if he wasn't high.

Really...Sizemore tells TMZ, "I am relived and happy Megan is safe and sound.

I'm a crazy person...

Despite what you might think about Tom, someone needs to be prosecuted for something here.

No one can tell me that, in this age, this chick didn't know people were looking for her. You couldn't escape the information age if you hid in an outback cave with the Aborigines!

Whether or not they were romantically involved or who's team you are on what this chick did was wrong. She knew full well there was a full investigation into her so called disappearance. She knew Sizemore and others were being interrogated. It's been all over the media since April 1st. Here we are up to May 14 and she has been declared "FOUND SAFE" at her Father's. What excuse does she have for not contacting police and letting them know she was safe. How many investigators and police officers have been tied up in this case. How many over time hours do the tax payers have to pay for her HIDE n SEEK game.

This is BS - she should be brought up on charges and handed a bill from the city for the investigation she caused and her Father should be charged along with her.

@Jennyy

It doesn't say she was "found safe" at her father's. It says she's "with her father at the moment". She could have been checked into some rehab facility under Jane Doe for the past month and a half. She could have been some pimp's sex slave for the past month and a half. There's more to the story than what's being stated here.

She's an adult. She's free to disappear if she wants to. I'd be surprised if the police put any effort into finding her, because they won't even go look for runaway kids.

What CriticAl said... you have no legal obligation to come forward simply because people are looking for you. If you simply want to disappear for a while that's your right as an American.

What exactly do you people think she should be charged with, praytell? I mean really!?

It isn't a crime to up and walk away from your life.

The police have no inherent right to know where you are, even if they are investigating a missing person report and you are aware of it. They have no right to compel you to come forward and assist them against your will. People have many good legal reasons for not wanting to be found.

You know, as messed up as Tom Sizemore is/was (whatever) it was really irresponsible the way TMZ and other media sites spun this from the get-go. As if he hasn't destroyed his career enough (and maybe it will never recover) but connecting him to this as if he was a suspect is slanderous and malicious on TMZ's part. Again, maybe is career is irretrievable but things like this certainly don't help either. You all owe him a BIG apology. And this girl sounds like a tool.

It may be true that she is under no obligation to come forward if she doesn't want to, but then why wouldn't she? Just a call (with no location of her whereabouts) would be all it takes to a friend or the cops to let them know she is alive. Was there a reason she wanted to punish Tom? Cause problems for him? Was there a missing persons report filed? If the police spent man-hours and taxpayer dollars investigating this then she needs to pay up if she knew about it.

Hello! It wasn't the police who were looking for her. It was her family that reported her missing. The police don't give a flying frack about where you are unless someone reports you missing.

Rolls eyes.
