Charlie Sheen's Ex Bree Olson

Count Me in

For Ashton's 'Men'

5/16/2011 5:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

If you thought porn star and former goddess Bree Olson would boycott "Two and a Half Men" -- now that her ex-BF Charlie Sheen is officially out and Ashton Kutcher is in -- think again.

Of course, when has Bree ever said no to two (and a half) men?

Ironically, she was pretty tight-lipped about her upcoming Playboy spread.

@pegnew,

You're welcome & thx - but I think "expertise" is overstating the case. I have been around the legal field - been a consultant to lawyers for matters like jury selection, for example, - but I am no legal expert. I think that it would be hard for most people to read the termination letter and not recognize its merits - even if it was the first legal do***ent that they had read. Its just that clear.

I totally agree with your statements. I wouldn't be at all surprised if WB/Lorre don't do just that. They can (1) drag this thing out for years - all the while (2) withholding Sheen's syndication money. That equation is definitely not balanced in Sheen's favor.

Sheen's lawyers aren't working on a contingency basis so they expect to be paid regularly throughout the whole course of the case. Lawyers will put a lien on any property or holdings that their client has if the payments are not made on time. You don't EVER want your own attorney to turn on you, you will stand to lose everything you own. Singer is a pitbull attorney and would anyone want a pitbull to turn on them?

So, basically Sheen has not only got Tigerblood, he has a tiger by the tail here. Good luck with that.

And, yeah, what potential future employer would want to face what his former employers had to deal with: (1) For all those years that Sheen said they were "pining" (below) to get rid of him; and, (2) how he treated them in the media around the time that they DID get rid of him; not to mention, (3) the lawsuit and how he is continuing to treat them in the media.

Like his recent forays into organizing charity work, his recent tweet congratulating them on AK hire is too little, too late and a sure sign of his desperation.

@ Spring,
Thanks for sharing your legal expertise. WB has far deeper pockets than Sheen. They could litigate him into the poor house if
they so chose. Plus he has committed CAREER SUICIDE with this lawsuit!!! What studio or network would want to EVER hire him now?

Has anyone seen any information/news reports on how the "Winning" single is selling and how much money has been raise via "Torpedos Against Tornados"? Or if any money has made it to the intended recipients?

Just curious.

Again, say what you want about her, she was smart enough to get off of Sheens sinking now sunk ship. Of course Sheen badmouths her. That's all he does. Sheen screwed himself up out of a job and knows it.

Whatever happenes to the show, Kutcher is getting a paycheck and Sheen is not. Now that's a torpedo of truth.

Sheen still has done nothing but make a complete bafoon out of himself.

She's a very cute girl, and you can't blame a girl for moving on. If she had stayed with Charlie all she would have to look forward to is more drugs and an isolated lifestyle.

Out with the old (Charlie) and in the new (Ashton).

I was a super Charlie fan too, but Charlie CHOSE to leave 2-1/2 men, he CHOSE to air his dirty laundry in public, and he CHOSE to do whatever he's doing that made him lose his job and his kids, but that doesn't mean we have to CHOOSE to remain on a sinking ship.

Now, back to Ashton. When IS Ashton going to leave that Cougar?

*****

A quick Google search reveals NOTHING whatsoever about disbursements to the intended recipients of either:

-his promised donation to Japan from ticket sales to his tour

-his online 'charity' set up to benefit the victims of the tornadoes in Alabama

We also haven't heard word of his intended trip to Haiti to support the work that Sean Penn has been doing there.

Nor have we any word of his promised "benefit event" to be held in Alabama.

And no mention whatsoever as to how much his "Winning" single is raising for charity.

In other words, lots of crickets.

PS - I did run across this little cutie while searching - it made me laugh:

@ Nancy. Thanks for the laugh.

I had been looking and hadn't seen anything. I have been amazed at the research capabilities of some of the posters and thought maybe I was missing something.

I would think that if anything significant had been done or collected it would have been reported. Charlie could use a little positive publicity and figured it would be reported if it existed.

@Spring_in_Michigan

I am wondering,wouldn't fraud apply to Sheen's ticket sales
(promising Japan Relief 1 dollar per ticket) I am guessing the

District Attorney in the cities where the tour's tickets were sold

would be the authority to enforce Sheen's charitable donation claim.

Do you know what could be done to make Sheen honor his caveat regarding Japan relief?

@orange valentine,

Good questions. I don't know the answer - but I think it would be a federal jurisdiction case. The defendant could be the Sheen's Korner charitable organization. Or, it might be handled by Live Nation. We'd have to see the contract that Sheen had with LIve Nation.

I do believe fraud would apply if the advertised promises were not honored. Other than the court of public opinion, I'm not sure how any enforcement would be handled. That's something worthy of a bit of research to find out just how a case like that would be handled.

That's Nancy's pet project, the charity watch, so she might know more. She's got a legal background but I'm not clear on the details. She'd have to share those if she wanted to.

Waste of time and money. She'll be chasing the same fantasy porn stars have been chasing for decades to no avail. Well... unless you meant mainstream porn vs. the kinky sh*t. lol

@melissa S & Nancy,

Second that thx for the laugh! I think you have a good point melissa about you'd think he would be going to the media with it if he had any good news to report. He contacts the media to make statements over minor stuff in his personal life. We'd expect at least a tweet on this subject, ya know.
