Botox Mom Docs -- Don't Talk About Getting Paid

5/20/2011 6:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Botox mom Sheena Upton, aka Kerry Campbell, has provided TMZ with documents that she says prove ... her whole spiel about injecting her daughter with the wrinkle remover was scripted.

In the stack of documents ... there is a lengthy rundown which Upton says she was told to follow when she did interviews for "Good Morning America" and "Inside Edition."

Among the instructions on what to say ... "She's [her daughter] going to be famous thanks to me giving her injections so young."  And there's this ... "I have found a clinic that will do boob jobs in Mexico at 14, so if she hasn't developed by then we're saving for that surgery."

And another passage reads, "I admire Lindsay Lohan's mum ... for turning Lindsay into a child millionaire."

Upton used a broker to arrange the interviews with GMA and "Inside Edition" and the broker is allegedly the one who provided the script.  And Upton claims the broker gave her some pretty specific instructions about not telling anyone she was getting money from GMA ($10,000) and "Inside" ($9,500).

Upton insists she never gave her daughter Botox, but was merely following a phony script for some quick money -- and GMA and "Inside" bought it hook, line and sinker.

The reporter who brokered the deal for The Sun, which ran the first story about Botox mom, tells TMZ, "She has doctored emails from me.  She has lied about the Sun.  She is attempting to extort money.  I saw her give the child injections."

Oh, one final thing.  The funniest part of the alleged script:  "Make up and hair done at studio.  Please don't chat to make up people about your interview."  Everyone knows, they have such big mouths!

"She should definitely sue child services."

For WHAT? They acted responsibly to what they perceived as a possible threat to a child's safety and well-being. That this threat may not have actually existed is irrelevant until an investigation is able to determine if the conditions were true or not. Remember, Sheena/Kerry is one who went public with this and admitted it on national TV. CPS was *obligated* to investigate. This is no different than if someone went on TV claiming they never fed or washed their children. They can claim later it was a lie to get money and/or attention but CPS still has to look into it and draw their own conclusions. Otherwise, that person could be lying NOW to cover up their actions and avoid responsibility.

"I would NEVER give my kid Botox or ever use it myself.
But it's none of their damn business if she uses a legal product with no age directives on HER OWN CHILD."

I don't believe it's legal for home use. The stuff is supposed to be administered by a trained specialist and is not available to just anyone. If her original story were true and she obtained the Botox through less-than-legal means, it's not just her business. Also, just because it's your own child, doesn't give you carte blanche to give her any product you see fit or
perform whatever procedures on them that you wish. Would you give your child diet pills if you thought she was looking a little heavy? No. You start feeding her healthier foods, get her to exercise more, and possibly consult a nutritionist or other expert.

The demands don't even sound professional enough to be from ABC.

Sincerity

I listened to TMZ Live's interview with The Sun reporter who initiated this story. I'm not convinced that Botox Mom is completely lying. She admitted The Sun gave Botox Mom $5,000 yesterday after she threatened and badgered them. We'll see if The Sun forwards Harvey Levin the pictures that clearly show her injecting her daughter using a "real" needle. I wouldn't be surprised if TMZ doesn't get exactly what Harvey requested. The reporter was too "evasive" in answering Harvey's questions pertaining to the "original" photo that was published with The Sun article. Both sides are hiding something!!!

"Why are people writing "do***ent" with asterisks? Is do***ent a dirty word?"

No...but the TMZ boards use a filter that replaces "c-u-m" with asterisks. Type "a-c-c-u-m-u-l-a-t-e" and it will come out "ac***ulate". Same for words like "cir***stance".

It's silly but you get used to it.

Wow, Iggy...you really have some issues. I guess foster care didn't work for you.

First of all, not everyone is in a position to help their neighbors. They have their own problems to deal with. That doesn't mean they have to sit back and ignore them if they're abusing their children. That doesn't require anything more than a phone call to the proper authorities. It has also been my personal experience that people who cry "mind your own business" in tense situations have something to hide.

You make an interesting point with your "whatever happens, happens" philosophy but let me ask you this: do you use medication or go to the doctor when you're sick? If so, why - when according to you - it's God's will or Fate...or simply evolution's way of weeding out the weak? If you truly and absolutely believed that, you would take your chances and just let your body handle the problem on its own. If you're strong enough, you'll survive. If not, I guess - according to you - you didn't deserve to live or stay healthy.

However, I'm willing to bet that you do utilize the services of a doctor or take medications when you feel your body can't do it alone. You're simply taking advantage of what's available to you, right? These resources wouldn't exist for you to use if they weren't meant to be used. People, like doctors, are a kind of resource and there's absolutely no reason someone should sit back idly and watch a child suffer if they can prevent it.

I don't buy the "hard times" arguement either. Yes, desperation can drive people to desperate measures but their situation doesn't necessarily absolve them of any responsibility or blame for their crimes. A lot of people turn to selling drugs or robbing homes because they need money to pay bills but that doesn't mean it's RIGHT for them to do so. It's basically just an excuse to do whatever they want.

"Boy that kid is sure ugly. Im surprised her Mom hasn't actually had plastic surgury done on her to do something about her ugly face"

"Haven't we seen enough of this ugly moronic bitch and her ugly kid?"

OK, the woman was in the wrong so I can see why people are insulting her but why insult the child??? Brittney's only eight years old and did what her mother told her to do. Children are ingrained since birth to obey their parents. It's not like she had a choice in the matter. She doesn't deserve your contempt. Save that for her mother.

When you feel as if your vanity is being threatened by a child to the extent that you have to insult their looks, I question your own or at least the abnormal emphasis you put on them. Anyone calling someone else ugly - particularly a child - for no particular reason other than spite , should suffer a horrible disfigurement in the near future. Then we'll see who's ugly.

Bikini waxes starting when her daughter was 7-years old? Since when does the average 7-year old girl have enough hair "down there" to be waxed? I'm no pervert, but I highly doubt girls THAT young have anything in that area to be waxed.

"Do a search for the original pic. Then put it in a paint program and zoom in and blow it up. There is no needle. It is a liquid medicine dispenser just like she said it was."

You better look at the other photos, there IS in fact, a needle on the end of that!

This story is so bizarre, this is like the balloon boy hoax. Hopefully she made a lot of money for this, because she may have some legal fees in her future. CPS may take her child away, on the "keeping your daughter off of school for the week." Plus they need to send a message to other whacko parents out there. So hope she made 50K, to pay some lawyers. Suspect Gloria ALred will make an appearance at some point, to defend her.
