Easy peasy - she had just robbed a jewelery store and the cops were chasing her. She figured the cops couldn't follow her if she jumped into the ocean and flashed them. See how happy she is because she not only escaped BUT also got free publicity for it? Ahhhhhh, that's our Lindsay!

Once again, TMZ and Radar online are the only ones to buy these garbage stories/pictures about Lindsay anymore. Even E! who constantly runs the same stories has slowed down on anything Lindsay. The real mags, or websites like People, Us weekly, Entertainment Tonight, Entertainment Weekly, etc. never report on her whatsoever. Just goes to show that she is yesterdays news, and no longer a celebrity of any relevance. Other than being an easy target to make fun of, she's no longer considered news worthy. TMZ has a story every 2 minutes, and so does Radar. Just goes to show the Lohans are desperate. The rest of the entertainment industry knows that the stories of her so-called movie offers are anything but real. You go Lindsay, everybody knows Hollywood is always looking for a pastey white, freckle faced, smoker voiced actress that is only 24 years old. That's obviously the new popular in Young Hollywood. Disney will maketh, and Hollywood will taketh away. Sad that she is the only actress from Mean Girls that hasn't become a star in popular demand in Hollywood. Yet TMZ and Radar continually refer to her as the Mean Girls star.

This isn't a pap picture. The person is too close. It had to be someone close by her (look at the drops of water...that's no long distance lens). I'm guessing Ali took the picture and Dina sold it to ROL and TMZ. Probably because Michael was getting all the press yesterday.

And, if by chance it is a pap picture, why doesn't she stay home, or lay low. They just happen to know where her hotel room is, and they just happen to know where her photo shoot is, and they just happen to know where she's swimming, etc...

She just is NOT hot. Her body looks disgusting. She rarely takes a good picture of her face. Flabby, pasty, freckly. Everything that was appealing about her in the past is gone.

Hunh, how interesting, BOTH boobs just happen to fall completely out yet the tight bikini top is firmly still in place around the rest of her torso. How did THAT happen? Hmmmmmmmmmmm...

Yup...this woman sure is serious about getting her community service taken care of. What’s she put in 2 days, tops, in the four or five weeks since she got the sentence? It’s a real priority, obviously.
