Ryan Dunn PICTURED Before Crash -- Warning Signs?

6/21/2011 8:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Roughly two hours before "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn crashed his Porsche and died Monday morning ... he posed for pics with fans in a Philly-area bar ... glassy-eyed and flushed.

The pics show Ryan and his friends drinking at around 1 AM at a bar called Barnaby's of America in West Chester.

After downing at least 3 beers and 3 shots in 4-hours ...Ryan hit the road in his Porsche 911 GT3.

At around 2:38 AM, Ryan crashed -- killing himself and his passenger, Zach Hartwell.

One of my closets female friends can drink 6 beers in 30 mins and still be sober. Each persons alcohol tolerance is different. You don't know that he was wasted. Wait on the coroner's report before you start blasting people. Some of the comments on here are just mean and spiteful, maybe one day someone you love will die in an accident and then you won't be so quick to judge.

Ryan didn't look drunk in those pictures. Just like he was having a good time.

What a bunch of tossers some of you people are.I'm pretty sure Ryan didn't get into his car and say to himself "right i'm gonna die today and take a mate with me.He may or may not of made an error of judgement no-one is sure of that yet.People make mistakes and i'm pretty sure none of you are perfect.2 young lives were lost on monday and that in itself is a tragedy. To all you haters and sickos out there fnck off and find something else to hate like yourselves which is probably true seen as though you have no compassin for these dudes. RIP Ryan and friend you will both be sorely missed.Life cut too short.xoxo

He looks 100% Totally wasted. There is no way he should have driven a car. Pride is a sin when you let it keep you from making the right choices in life. Sorry to see you go Ryan, but you did this to yourself. No one else to blame.

MightyMad MightyMad

There's no accident here. It sure is a tragedy, but, when you drink and drive, you shouldn't be able to crash your car and call it an ccident. You'll be miss, Dunn... but, man, what a stupid way to die.

If it turns out he wasn't over the limit, a lot of you are going to look like fools. If it turns out he was, a lot of you are going to look like fools. Patience.. children.. the toxicology report will be up for grabs before ya know it..

TMZ what type of camera was used to take the pictures? Is it the poor quality camera causing the redeye? He is laughing in the main picture and it is possible to laugh so hard you cry, that might be the cause for the glassy-eyed appearance?

The toxicology will tell. People saying he is or isn't drunk are ridiculous. the tests will tell

Leave the drinking and possible drugs out of it-thats for the toxicology report-if thats even gonna be true.Who cares about the what ifs and the whys-be smart enough to learn from others mistakes and enjoy the life you have left.In the mean time pray for there family and friends-they're the ones that need it!

My condolences to all the family. I use to drink and drive. I use to say, just one glass on wine is not going to hurt anyone? It doesn't matter how many drinks, he was drinking and driving, and he had another person he was responsible for with a family. Someone that night was very blessed not to be on his path, perhaps a family in a car, even at 3:00 am. Thank God no else was killed. I hope this is something many can learn from. I will be praying for the families. Everyone is entitled to their opinion I guess.

Re 6 beers in 30 min: Hey Nancy, your friend might appear to be sober, and delude herself and her ignorant friends she is, but she sure as hell wouldn't be.

@Nancy...just because your female friend can drink 6 beers in 30 minutes and be sober...doesn't mean she is sober. Actually, she's probably a drunk.

These picture are more tasteless than Roger Ebert's comments. His friends should have suggested he not drive...no one wants to see pictures o*****uy an hour before he drives off the road at a high rate of speed and dies, killing his friend as well. No one wins in this story, other than the press which loves to milk this stuff.

I'm not gonna pass judgement and say he was drunk or not because i honestly dont know. Regardless of that a tragedy happened and may he rest in peace. That being said even the slightest bit of alcohol can affect your judgement. Going 130 mph is a poor choice whether your drunk or not. No one knows what he and his friend were thinking before hand. I mean he was in a Porsche 911 and they very well could have been testing the speed of it thinking it was all fun and they'd slow down. Still..whatever happened happened and may they both rest in peace.

This is a tragedy no doubt. After having a few drinks, it's easy to get giddy behind the wheel. Unfortunately, these high end cars can get to dangerous speeds in an instant. Most of us have the typical commuter car and they take a while to get up to speed. These are the dangers of living in the "fast lane".

I feel terrible that two young lives have been taken - but it could have been more. So we don't know if Ryan was drunk but we do know it is very likely he was speeding. For the car to be out of control and burst into flames on impact, he certainly wasn't driving at a safe speed. Fortunately there was no second car involved. So often there is an innocent vehicle involved in these accidents. I wonder what you would all think if a family had also been killed because of his recklessness. Speed and any amount of alcohol do not mix. Alcohol gives false confidence and in this case it would seem to have fueled Ryan's confidence about his capabilities to drive his Porsche at high speed.

Well, people want to say he wasn't drunk. Six drinks in four hours wouldn't be much for regular drinkers. BUT, keep in mind he did cra***** 130 MPH. If drinking didn't impair his judgement, well, his judgement skills weren't much to begin with.

I have to wonder about anybody who has had a few and then drives. Not because they might be drunk, so much, but because what else are police looking for at that time of night?! And driving that fast? You're giving them all the reason in the world to pull you over. If you're gonna drink and drive on a weekend night, set the darn cruise control and concentrate. It might save you a ticket. Might save a life. Either is a good thing.
