If this had been you: prepare for 15 days in jail. Have your car towed and impounded with a near 1,000 fee. Not to mention that little old threat to the police officer. Which they certainly wouldnt have dismissed against YOU.

Perhaps his 'depraved' version of himself he played on Cali*********** was closer to the real him. I always thought he played that a little too realistically. Same with Rob Lowe and David Duchovny. That show has more reality on it than most 'reality' shows.

Also, can we be honest here for a minute. I don't think this was celebrity justice. You can only call it celebrity justice if the person involved is actually still a celebrity.

He CAN get six months in jail for violating his three year probation from his first DUI, but, nah...he's a 'celebrity.

It was wrong of course but I would also be absolutely pissed off if they said my classic car (that a car enthusiast can love like a person almost) is to be towed away. I bet the cop got a hard on while exercising his authority. F*ck I hate cops. Some are good and nice but most are just losers with a bunch of issues, enjoying being in power and having authority. This cop couldve easily told Rick to call someone to get the car for him. When I got pulled over and I got taken away for a test, the cop was a normal guy and let the car stay where it was so I could pick it up right after, despite it was completely wrongly stopped in the middle of a busy street and was supposed to be towed.

County Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson explained officials did not take the threat seriously ... saying, "It is rare when a drunk doesn’t say something outlandish to police when they’re arrested."
