Judge Crushes Plea Deal in Willie Nelson Pot Case

Let the world smoke if they want to. People get into all kinds of trouble when they drink. Legalize the stuff already!

Now if he was in his 20's, wore a short skirt, drank a lot and did much harder drugs...and lived in Hollywood there would be no consequences.

I agree with the judge. How many times do we see these stars get the "Hollywood Justice" none of us would get. I'm sick and tired of these people thinking the law doesn't apply to them and they are special.

Dunno why the judge would change his mind now, all-of-a-sudden.

It's a simple case of Willie Nelson getting special treatment. Why should he get special treatment? You or I certainly wouldn't get any type of break, why should he?

Willie already has the luxury of being able to afford several high priced attorneys, so go to trial Mr. Nelson, and take your chances just like the rest of us would have to.

Or, if you want, I could think about the judge's motivation and speculate on what he does with his free time.

I think its a dumb law, BUT, everybody else has to follow it. Love Willie but I don't believe in special treatment.
