Someone that is at peace or doesn't care that there child is dead is a clear indication that it was premeditated murder. This is because they are at peace before the child dies. It's not a shock for them. They planned it before. Poor child.

Please somebody answer this question: How do you charge someone with murder if the cause if death is unknown?

I see alot of stupid ass comments here, its to bad that you are forgetting a child is dead, and casey anthony killed her and if you really feel she should be left alone to go forward with her life, then maybe you can give her a job to watch your child- still feel safe? HA!

She was acquitted. End of story - if you value your justice system (ie- a group of 12 who take notes from the prosecution and defense.....and try and make an even judgement)...let the issue go.

I think the American people are in the dark side of the moon. What did the jury said? Not guilty - but guilty for laying = yes!
So to handle this situation you have to agree with the court. Otherwise you are like Iran and some other anti-democratic countries . The media like TMZ are like the mob or Nancy Disgrace - The crowd is very easy to fool - read Elias Canettis "Crowd and Power". Then you will know the mechanism about stupid people and media.

The minute she leaves that prison she'll enter another one where she'll be hounded everywhere and people will not leave her alone. This trial was a disaster. The judge was incompetent,the jury was incompetent, Casey is incompetent in all areas of life. A baby is gone; her life taken & no one, no one is responsible. How about that. NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENCE !!!
