'Bachelor' Contestant: You Ran Me Over with a Jeep!!!

7/22/2011 5:10 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

A former Bachelor contestant who is now a producer for Ryan Seacrest is suing a guy who allegedly ran over her foot in a Mercedes, and she says the accident is ruining her life.

Sarah Schnare claims last April she was standing next to a car driven by Sam Magid -- a guy who invests in projects involving comic books that are turned into movies.  According to the lawsuit, Sarah was standing at the passenger window of Sam's Mercedes jeep when the vehicle moved, knocking her to the ground.

But it gets worse.  Sarah claims when she was on the ground, the jeep ran over her right foot, breaking 6 bones.

Sarah tells TMZ ... she hasn't been able to work on Ryan's radio show since April.  Her employer is not Ryan, it's Clear Channel, and the company put her on unpaid leave.

Sarah -- who worked on "Larry King Live" before moving on to Ryan -- says Sam's insurance company refuses to front her any money for the multiple surgeries, lost wages and other expenses she's had to incur as a result of the injuries.

We could not reach Sam for comment.

I think she's just a freelancer at Ryan Seacrest's radio show and that means zero benefits. Maybe she still has cobra from her old job, but I doubt it. What i don't get is why she thinks Seacrest's show (who she worked for about 30 days before this accident) should pay her anything while she's out on leave? She's lucky they put her on leave at all. The accident happened in April right? It's almost August. And now selling these stupid pix and story to TMZ? Bad move.

at Andy:1. Its called a Morton' Toe very common I have this feature & 2. Culturaly -A longer second toe has often been associated with royalty particularly during the rule of the Ptolemaic dynasty when Egypt was under Greek rulership. It was an idealized form in Greek sculpture, and this persisted as an aesthetic standard through Roman and Renaissance periods and later (the Statue of Liberty has toes of this proportion) There are also associations found within Celtic groups. Or simply a sign of beauty as my mom put it.

There is no such thing as a "Mercedes jeep" morons, it's either a Mercedes or a Jeep. Why the hell is her leg so high in the air anyway, did we miss the crotch shot?

Not only is this Sarah woman a con artist, it appears Sam Magid is too. Google Sam's name and this story pops up: LOS ANGELES - Kirk Mullen claims Peninsula Merchant Syndications and Sam Magid swiped his copyrighted screenplay and related "PainMan" comic books, then harassed him and threatened to "ruin his life." Feb 2011.

SS has a rep for being a very average cable producer with a suspect work ethic. She's gotten by for years on her 15 minutes of reality show fame and is just another backstabbing snake slithering around El Lay. I suspect (dare I say, HOPE?) this lawsuit will go on for years and the drivers lawyers will rip her a new one during the depositions re: her behavior the night of the accident, past history with drugs and alcohol, arrest record (DUI arrest), et al. What goes around comes around and this chick has got a whole lotta comeuppance to deal with.
