Never heard of this guy but many years ago one of my first jobs in a small Canadian City was working at Neil Young's High School Reunion and I had the pleasure of meeting him.
They do look somewhat alike. Neil Young's not a pretty boy but he's a damn fine musician.

How the hell do you mistake that bald-headed country crooner for the Greatest Ambassador to Canada that ever lived? That's what you get TMZ for sending 20 yr old reporters into the field who could spot Lindsay Lohan or Pari******on from a mile away, but don't know anyone over 30 because, "I wasn't even born then!" pitiful
