Straight crap he's in jail, first time offender. The judge not even that long ago pleaded for her OWN daughter to not get punished severley for DUI , guess what no jail time for her! Hypocrite

enough already with Sam Ronson's mug shot with her posing with attitude
and Pari******on etc. posing like glamour shots
and John Edwards mug shot looking like a smiley campaign poster
as I have said several times I firmly believe there should be a law that demands mug shots appear serious as this one does- reflecting that an arrest for DUI or anything is a serious issue

leave the man alone white folks have been drinking and driving for years some of them even do it with their kids in the car go figure. some of them have been caught dozens of times and still haven't seen the inside of a jail cell... most sentencing depends on the race of the judge and the defendant.. and to the person who said his mug shot looks like usher just go to show white people still think all black people look alike duh...
