BUZZ ALDRIN SUES:

MY STEPDAUGHTER DUPED ME

OUT OF MY OWN NAME

8/4/2011 3:00 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0804-buzz-aldrin-EXAstronaut Buzz Aldrin -- the second man to walk on the Moon -- was tricked out of making buckets of money off his own name ... according to a new lawsuit he's filed against his stepdaughter.

Buzz filed the suit against Lisa Cannon -- his estranged wife Lois' daughter -- who helped run StarBuzz Enterprises LLC ... which markets and promotes Buzz.

In the suit, Buzz claims Lisa -- acting as his lawyer -- duped him into signing an agreement that gave StarBuzz all rights to Buzz's name, work, and persona.

Further complicating matters -- Lisa and Lois own more than 60% of the company ... and Buzz filed to divorce Lois back in June.

As Buzz puts it in the lawsuit ... Lois and Lisa now own, "Most of what he has acquired since the day he walked on the Moon."

Buzz wants a judge to tear up the agreement.

BUZZ, OR "BUZZY",MUST NEED THE MONEY FOR FUTURE FSCELIFTS AND OTHER PLASTIC SURGERY FOR HE AND HIS WIFE. THEY BOTH LOOK LIKE HORROR MOVIE REFUGEES. THE "MOON THING" WENT TO HIS HEAD A LONG TIME AGO, AND NOW HE THINKS HE'S A "STAR". HIS APPEARANCES ON DWTS WERE LAUGHABLE.HE'S DELUSIONAL.

Yeah, he probably was duped into signing without fully understanding the implications, he probably trusted his step-daughter and wife not to screw him over!!

Where's he filing for divorce and is there a 50/50 split of assets because if so surely he can claim 50% of his wife's holdings in the company or have I missed everything lol?!

How can you OWN someone else's name? I thought that was Identity Theft lol!!

You know, you kids should step back and get some perspective. In 1969, before most of you were glimmers of hopes in your parents eyes, this man strapped into the largest damn rocket ever launched, flew to the freakin moon, risked his life millions of times to walk there and come back so Nixon would NOT have to read the eulogy speech they wrote. Get real. Grow up. Give the man the respect he deserves. Not everyone deserves the anon trashing you guys give all these other "celebrities." THIS man DID something.

And they did all that with less computing power than in a $3 Radio Shack calculator. So give respect when its due, children

This guy needs to hang it up... His exaggerated sense of self importance has once again made him look like a fool....

He and Sully need to put on their old uniforms, go out for a beer and tell each other what heroes they really are..
Oh and Sully? Remember the "Ditch" switch next time...

I think he's probably a big a-hole. He punched a moon-landing conspiracy theorist and claims like he's some patriot for doing it. So, I guess it's fitting that his ex-wife and stepdaughter take the rights of making money off his nickname.
